Two stars for nice brands and good selection of sizes. Three stars off for snooty service. I walked in and a woman announced to me that she was "trying on her own clothes" (assume the owner based on that). I laughed, that's cool. But that was all I got for a greeting. I browsed and tried on for about 15 minutes before her staff member asked how I was doing in the fitting room. Absolutely the bare minimum of customer service -- not even "let us know if you need anything/is there anything you're looking for?" I will probably be back because they have good stuff but it'll definitely be my last choice.

I have found some amazing pieces at Katybird. It is my favorite high end consignment store in Seattle with approachable pricing and a well curated selection. I have dresses, blouses, jeans and a coat from here that are always commented on and complimented when I wear them. Also, Katy is such a sweetheart. She makes great styling suggestions and her customer service is unmatched.

Small, but well curated consignment shop on the middle to expensive price range. They have various brands from designer, emerging brands, to mall store brands, although I’d say that most of their selection at the time is more on the emerging brands like Jenni Kayne, Jesse Kamm, Doen, etc. I was in search for a wedding guest dress, and walked away with a beautiful Nili Lotan leopard silk slip dress that wasn’t for the wedding but I have worn it so much more than I thought that it’s become a wardrobe stable for me. I forget the lovely lady I spoke with who is also the stylist, but she helped me with styling the leopard dress & introduced me to a local jewelry shop Faris where I ended up getting earrings for the wedding.

Shopping at KatyBird is such a great and Katy and Nicole are a blast to shop with. They have the best idea for beautiful items from Gucci to (the good) JCrew, so there's always something for everyone. My favorite pieces are from this shop, so grateful to have found them!

What a gem of a store. Such great items at accessible prices and most importantly, there is a **new owner** who is *amazing*! Great eye. So nice, professional, personable and chic. I made a consignment appt online (so easy) , brought in my things. She was candid but gentle re: what would work in the shop, especially right now with pandemic chic. Popped back in for some retail therapy and some of my pieces had already been sold. Love it! I'm always delighted when things I've (gently) loved get a new life. Every time I'm in there I want all of the bags and most of the shoes. Denim LV bag... I haven't forgotten about you....you haunt my dreams. I also love following the shop on Insta to see what's new and fresh. @julesseattle. If you haven't been for a while, get down there! Or shop their new website. I bet they would happily do curbside pickup.
