I had a nice experience with Joseph Jewelry and highly recommend them. I was shopping for diamond stud earrings and their quality and prices were very competitive for what I was looking for. I shopped at a number of stores and decided to go with Joseph. Tony was very helpful and communication throughout the process was great.

One of the better jewelers around Seattle. Excellent at understanding their offerings and catalog. At no point did they try to upsell me. Instead, they did the right thing by listening to me and my partner on her preferences, likes, and dislikes and helped us pick out the right jewelry. Really excellent experience and very timely to boot.

We were visiting from Mexico for a short time and needed to have an engagement ring resized with no time to spare. Not only were they able to do it within a couple of hours, the quality was exceptional, and they treated us like royalty. They knew who we were before we even showed up, and they were extremely welcoming and kind. If I still lived in Seattle, they would be my first choice of jewelers .

I went in for jewelry repair for several items and Toni was an absolute All-Star in getting us set up with replacement stones estimates and the entire process!
