I am disappointed that this company is a wholes sale to contractors only. However the person I talked to at this location took the time to point me in the right direction for get the part that I need to fix my furnace.

Yes this place (like any good HVAC supplier) is just for contractors, however I have been coming here for over 10 years and have been treated with nothing but the highest level or professionalism and courtesy. Steve, the branch manager, is the best in the biz!
