Line is always too long, every single time I go to any jiffy lube they take forever to even start on your goddamn car. This place just overall around isn't it. If you want a quality car repair/oil change go to Grease Monkey that's right near it, the guys there are super friendly and quick.

Busy day at Jiffy Lube. Although the team did not engage as quickly as I would have hoped with myself in line, fairly soon the team did and then obviously mioved with efficiency, cycling through vehicles and then taking care on mine with focus.

They forgot this tool in my engine compartment. I just went to add washer fluid & saw it. It could have moved & caused damage to my vehicles engine. This is super sloppy... They didn't top off my washer fluid or check the tires or any of the extra stuff they usually do...they had a ton of workers & all seemed super distracted (except the guy w all the tattoos who booked me in the tablet). I think I'm done w Jiffy Lube.

Got an oil change and tire rotation. Every team member was kind and efficient. Indiron, the team lead, was great! I have been to this location a few times and have always found everyone to be transparent and patient. I recommend looking up coupons on the jiffy lube website to use for the oil change.

The easiest most efficient oil change I’ve ever had. The GM, Indiron, was friendly and helpful. The staff were polite and quick! I will definitely come back to this location in the future.

The techs failed to properly attach the splash shield on the bottom of my Ford Edge following the oil change. It detached this morning on I-5 on my commute to work. This is completely unsafe and unacceptable, do not go here for your oil changes.
