I thought my screen was cracked, but it wasn’t. The screen protector saved it. I got a new protector for only $30 and was on my way with an essentially new phone. I like the life time guarantee.

When my daughter’s laptop fan started acting up, I thought of Jet City immediately. Some months before, I’d stopped in for a second opinion on a phone repair and they were so helpful even though they knew they weren’t going to make a dime. That says a lot about a business and they made a fan that day.
Based on the website and listed services, I wasn’t sure they could repair a Dell laptop, but I called anyway and they enthusiastically said yes, gave me ballpark estimate and invited me to come in without having to make an appointment.
Joe was super thorough during the intake process and did a good job of setting expectations around scope timing and cost for the repair.
I got a call the next day letting me know the results of their diagnostic and cleaning and asking me if I wanted to go forward with the repair, which was going to cost LESS (!) than the estimate!
When the work was done I got a friendly (non-automated) text from Joe as well as an email confirmation with receipt.
Joe was super friendly when I picked up, remembered my name and introduced himself so that I knew he was who had been texting me.
Repair work was excellent, customer service was excellent, and Jet City made itself a new loyal customer!

Got my display repaired from Jet city twice. After my first repair costing close to ~$300, the display stopped working after 3 months but I was charged ~$230 again and was told it was not covered in warranty. It was mentioned my display had scratch on it but I have never dropped it or scratched it and had screen protector on all the time (so was probably there all along which I didn't notice after first repair). It was more gradual leading upto complete stop in a week.
After second repair, display stopped working again in 2 days but was intermittent (again, I did not drop or scratch). I am sure it would have lead to complete stop again in a few days but since I couldn't risk spending yet another $250 and being told it's not covered in "lifetime warranty", I traded that in for new phone and ended up getting Apple care for my new phone.
Overall, I spent close to $500 for repair and got a trade in value of $400. So, it was pretty disappointing. I'd expect the device to work for much longer if you are charging same as Apple for display scratches. However, I do appreciate the quick fix to atleast get me back online asap.

I do not recommend Jet City Device Repair. My repair was more expensive than their website listed, was subpar (brightness and touchscreen issues after it was repaired), and their repair broke within three months (and I was recharged).
Three months ago, I went to them to repair a cracked phone screen on an iPhone 15. My first issue with this shop was that the repair was significantly more expensive than expected due to their website not being updated (for $60 more, I could have just gone to Apple, and I wish I had). I decided to go ahead with the repair, and in the three months since, the sensitivity of my touchscreen is significantly degraded and the brightness of my screen rapidly changes and I have been unable to make this stop. Last Friday, my phone display randomly went black and was unresponsive. I took the phone back in since they advertise their screen repairs as covered by a lifetime warranty if the screen is not cracked or shattered.
When I brought the device in, JCD originally stated they thought there was an issue with my battery, which would not be covered under warranty. (I have not had any battery issues, and this phone is less than one year old.) JCD ran diagnostics and stated my phone had water damage. Outside of general humidity from being in the Pacific Northwest, my phone was not exposed to any rain or water. Also, an iPhone 15's Ingress Protection rating is ip68, meaning it is "considered to be highly waterproof and dustproof, and are often suitable for activities like swimming, water polo, and showering." I mentioned this and had water resistance v. waterproofing explained to me to include letting me know that my phone has “lots of holes in it” (e.g., charging port etc.). I found this condescending and beside the point since the phone was not in any excessive water or moisture. After reviewing Google reviews, it seems like incurring water damage post-JCD repair after has been an issue for other customers as well. I was told my repair would not be covered by my existing warranty since the water damage was “new damage,” and therefore voided the original warranty. To be clear, when I got my phone repaired in July, the repair warranty was explained to me clearly, stating any and all display issues would be fully covered for the lifetime of the device if the display was not cracked or shattered, which mine was not.
Ultimately, I was charged again to fix my display after the original repair failed. I am highly dissatisfied with the quality of this repair and am frustrated because, at this point I could have paid for an Apple repair 1.5x. Given that the first repair lasted only three months, I am not optimistic that this repair will last, and now my phone is ineligible for buy-back from Apple since it has been repaired by a third-party retailer. Trust me, instead of trying to save a few bucks, save yourself the time and headache of dealing with the inevitable multiple trips to JCD and just get the repair done right the first time.

Quick repair of a new iPad. Jet City helped me do a factory reset when I was unable to do it myself. They also installed a new iPhone battery on an older model iPhone. Both repairs were done very fast (same day) and at a reasonable price. I’ve used them before and will use them again.

Highly recommend Jet City Device for any of your Apple/Windows needs on your device!
My 8-year old shorted the USB charger twice. It took a while for the team to fully diagnose the issue as such.
Logan and Dustin walked me through it all, and fixed it; honestly and with lots of patience.

I had a great experience with my repair here. I broke my pixel 8 pro screen on a Saturday afternoon. I booked an appointment for the following day (Sunday), dropped off my phone, and the phone was fixed within an hour!

They managed to fit me in same-day after I took a hard fall and smashed my phone screen, then went above and beyond after finding the internals kind of cacked (don't get a refurbished phone, just get a used one and have these guys repair the dings lol). Also the couches are hella comfy. I really appreciated that after nearly breaking my nose. My only criticism is y'all need more Calvin & Hobbes books!

I have nothing but praises for the services by Jet City Device Repair. Their prices are very reasonable with excellent services. I recently had my kid’s iPad repaired by them. The price they quoted was lower than others. Yet, they were able to have one-day turnaround which others could not do. I first met Logan who was helpful but their staff overall is courteous and friendly.
