Unbelievably bad service. I received a gift (shipped across country) from Jenni Kayne and when I went to exchange it just 5 weeks after the original purchase date (about 3 weeks after I received it at my home) they wouldn’t let me. Not even for store credit.Lesson learned - Don’t buy gifts from here, or if you do please note you and your giftee are on the clock! Normally I don’t even look at the date on a gift receipt and have never had a problem (especially for store credit) especially at premium brands.For a store that charges such steep prices, a little customer service would be the least they can do.

I have loved Jenni Kayne and have purchased online/in-store and at Nordstrom while it was carried there. However, a couple of weeks ago, I went their UVillage store and received the worst customer service. My husband bought a sweater for me for Christmas. We traveled immediately after Christmas to see family. The following weekend I brought in the brand new sweater (which they still carry) with the receipt from his purchase but was told I could not even receive store credit for it since it was DAYS past 60 days when he purchased it (being a wonderful husband who shops early). This sweater does not fit and it is similar to another Jenni Kayne sweater I already have and never wear. Needless to say, this has left an awful feeling with me. It is unbelievable that a brand which carries such high-end merchandise would provide such awful service. This policy is incomparable to anywhere else I shop. Needless to say, they have lost me as a customer.

I have been a loyal repeat customer of Jenni Kayne. Last year I spent close to $2000 on sweaters and this year I’ve spent over $1000 online and in the store. For Christmas I purchased 3 sweaters with your slipper promotion. The sweaters were full price. When I received them they were the wrong sizes and two of them had pilling and hairs on them. They clearly had been worn. I went to exchange the sweaters in the store for correct sizes and new, unworn items and was told that I could not because the slipper promotion made it a final sale, despite the fact that I paid full retail price for the sweaters. I did not see this when I made the purchase. Nor do I care about the slippers (which also aren’t the correct size). Even the clerks at the Jenni Kayne store said the promotion terms should have been in bright red. I have NEVER in my retail life encountered such an unreasonable policy. You have lost me as a customer and I am going to recommend that my friends and family do NOT shop at Jenni Kayne.

Luxury brand with lousy customer service. If I could give ZERO STARS I would. I have 9 items from this company. Two have failed a cashmere cocoon and cotton cabin sweater in less than a year. Corporate will not replace them or pay for the repairs. Their token of 2O% off a $500+ sweater as an acknowledge

Crappy product and poor customer service. I spent $400 on a pair of shearling slippers in 2020 that have already fallen apart. I barely wear them and only wear them during the winter and at home. Customer service told me I was ***it out of luck since it's past the 30 day return window. I was unable to write a review on the website, so I'm writing it here. Company does not stand by their products. Chain store products (Gap/Madewell, etc) last longer than this and for 1/6 of the price.

The clothing is lovely, and so are the folks that manage the store! Received a sweet little bouquet of wildflowers when I walked in to ask a question. Have since purchased a cardigan and it's so warm and soft.

The product at Jenni Kayne is very cheaply made and expensive. EVERYTHING I have ever owned from Jenni Kayne has pilled within a wear or two, even their cashmere which I have not experienced anywhere else. I have even had cheap cashmere sweaters that I paid $20 for from UNIQLO hold up better than Jenni Kayne's $500 "fabulous, must have" Cashmere Cocoon. One of the associates in the University Village store is older and very cranky, I will never go back there again. The store energy is odd. No thank you.
