This office is very poor with follow-up and organization. I actually switched to a more responsive agent after Jeff's office let my homeowners policy lapse. They don't follow-up as they say they will Jeff never seems to be in the office. I would look for another agent. I've had really good luck with State Farm and other agents, so this office seems to be an anomaly.

It’s a little nerve wrecking when you have to find insurance, but Tiara was very helpful in this process and it hard to find good people that will help even though it’s her job but to go above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied made it easy for me to complete service with State Farm. Certain people standout when you take care of business and Tiara was that person and also I know it is a team effort, but she was more then a five star because of all the information and detail she gave to make my decision easy. I just purchased a full coverage insurance bundle with State Farm. As a first time buyer, I had a lot of questions and if it wasn’t for Tiara’s help I would have been uninformed about the decision I was making. Tiara had outstanding service and was careful to outline each part of the policy I was investing in. She made me feel clear and confident about the decision I was making.
