Have had okay prices & results here over the years. Increasingly, though, estimates are half what the final price is, with no explanation or justification of the final cost.Last experience was 36$ for a pair of wool pants & a cotton-wool dress, dry clean & press/iron on both, estimate less than 20$. Unexplained price jump on pickup (I asked), and pants came back with an error in the press: the new crease is not straight up the pant leg and it doesn't line up with the old crease in the upper thigh (& the old crease is still visible).Mediocre result for premium price.Location is convenient. Service isn't exactly courteous but is consistent and quick. Would still use them in a pinch, wouldn't ask for a press.

Super nice staff and excellent customer service. I've gotten all my cashmere and other wool sweaters cleaned here and they even do tailoring/alterations. Also, I always get my formal wear cleaned here, and they always done a great job.
I've been to other places and have had bad experiences with getting hems and sleeves adjusted -but this place has been perfect for me.
The prices are on point for the quality of service and turn-around. One time they even rushed an order for me in an emergency situation, which I will be forever grateful.
Top notch consistent service!

The lady who works on Saturdays is rude. To have some compassion for her it will be best for her and everybody around her to work on her smoking habits. Certainly that will help with her mental health struggles.

Great neighborhood dry cleaners. I have brought in my nice silk blouses, wool sweaters and a favorite coat and they were able to get stains out without harming the nap.

This place false advertises on their website. I brought in three sweaters and a scarf. It says sweaters are 8.95$ on the website. Scarf prices aren't listed but I would assume it would be the same amount as a sweater. I was WAY over charged. About $50. That's ridiculous. I didn't want to say anything because the person working didn't seem very approachable and I didn't want to argue. So I am leaving this review instead. Change your prices and stop false advertising. I want my money back.

If you work between the hours of 9-5 and need a piece of clothing cleaned by a certain time or need to rely on a business for an important event this is not the cleaner for you. I needed a dress cleaned for an event and was promised that it would be ready. I let the staff know that I would likely be arriving right before closing due to not being able to leave work until 4. A day before, I called to confirm the dress was ready to reiterate that I would not be arriving until right before closing. Traffic was awful and I called 3 times to let them know I was on my way. No one picked up the phone and it went straight to a voicemail box that was not accepting new messages. I parked and was at the door by 4:59. The lights suddenly turned off. I knocked again and tried to call to no avail. I was able to pick up my dress the next day (after my event) and explained the situation. While they did give me a discount on the cleaning service, it does not diminish the fact that the item I was promised was not able to be picked up because of a lack of customer service. I understand that I did arrive a minute before closing but after calling multiple times and being told that they would have it for me even right up to closing, I am very disappointed.

Really detailed cleaning service, very fair price in Seattle(2 jacket and 2 sweater for 50)left notes with which part I should notice. Definitely will keep working with them

Only place in the Ravenna - Green Lake area with seamstresses who can hem a jean and move the original hem. If you're getting distressed or vintage denim shortened, they know what they're doing, and pay close attention to detail.
