I had a watch worked on at Fast Fix at the mall 3 different times and the second hand still hung up on the minute hand, I paid 3 times and still not right. Took it to Jay Lauris and Robert fixed it in about 5 minutes and refused to charge me. Unheard of in this world. Thank you Robert.
