My wife and I decided to get our taxes done at the location at 12516 Lake City Way NE this year. Glad we did! Glenn Sterley is awesome, he definitely went the extra mile and then some, made us feel confident that he knows his work well, and was very friendly. We'll absolutely be coming back after the professional, helpful service Glenn provided.

My Lil tax lady "Nancy C." Is always so easy to work with. I own a Masonry company, and like most, hate taxes. She takes the fear out of the season. Well worth the money, spend less on ibuprofen for my headache. Thanks to Nancy, and as I'm sure, all the people that she works with at Jackson Hewitt

Nancy was rude and disrespectful. I had a terrible experience and she lied to me about having additional appointments available and then gave one to another client!! Rude unprofessional and a liar!!! I could believe I was paying for a service just to be condescended to. I will never go back to Jackson Hewitt!

Lake City Jackson Hewitt over charged me. There DM still has not gotten in contact with me. I’ve been waiting for almost a month!!!There are NO PRICES posted anywhere!! Yet they claim to Guarantee their accuracy. Shady Business Proceed with caution

I’ve been using Jackson hewitt for almost 7 years and I have never had a worse experience. The tax prep was completely uninformed. Giving me false information which caused me to lose the option to claim my child and losing out on $2000. I will never use nor recommended this company or this location ever again.
