Very bad customer service assistance. My order required age verification on my first order. After four business days with a weekend in between they still hadn't verified my age. It does not take that long for a business that wants your business to complete an order. I cancelled and will not use them again. Very bad first-time experience.

Bought a vape from a brand that has been infamously defective lately. Talked about this with a salesperson, who told me to keep the box in case I needed to exchange. Surprise, it stops working almost immediately, and surprise, they won't exchange when I make it back 4 days later (including Christmas Eve and day). Honestly I understand the room for abuse there is around returns, but it's irresponsible to knowingly continue selling a product that fails at an incredibly high rate, and poor business to not make it right when given the chance.

International Cigar and Tobacco is the best place to go.On last May when I was in Seattle I found this place thank's to google review.The owner and staff are really kind and I bought 2 full packs of Montecristo N°5 cigars - they gave me a great service and we have enjoy our time on there.
