I have been a patient of Dr. Dagenais for about 15 years. My health keeps getting better and better. Dr. Dagenais is tenacious when she sees a problem and will not let go until the problem is solved. I have healed my adrenals, have help with my thyroid. As I hit menopause and had fibroids and heavy bleeding she relieved the symptoms by my next period. In short she is a genius. So personable, caring and all around brilliant doctor.

Jessica is a wonderful masseuse! I hesitate to mention it as i fear her schedule will be impossible once the word is out. The environment is lovely as is her energy. She also provides instruction in pilates. I'm excited to have found her

I'm out $170 because of food sensitivity blood tests (pseudo-science IgG) she had done that I didn't ask for and my insurance didn't cover. They are refusing to try to resolve this and have stopped replying to my emails and they don't answer the phone. I'm out another $170 because of a compounded hormone cream prescription that she did not write correctly. When I refilled it, my insurance wouldn't pay. Expensive mistake! I spent a ton of money on supplements and she heavily pushes the keto fad diet. Save yourself some money and just do it on your own.

I saw this doctor for a magnesium injection for muscle spasms. She suggested that I was having trouble losing weight because I am estrogen dominant, so I scheduled an appointment to have my hormones tested. As she was taking my blood she said that my insurance may not cover some of the tests and I said I'd never had a problem before. What she DIDN'T tell me - and what I did not request and we had not discussed - was she was testing me for food sensitivities using pseudo-science IgG blood tests that are not accepted by the medical community and therefore NOT covered by some insurance companies. I'm stuck with a $172 bill for tests I didn't ask for. She insists she told me. I would not have agreed to the tests because I wasn't there for food allergy issues. I've tried getting them to rebill as my insurance company said it could be billed with a different code and would be paid, but they have stopped replying to my emails and don't answer their phone. She also heavily pushes the keto fad diet and I assume this is a large part of her business model. If you want to lose weight, save yourself some money and do the keto diet on your own. In addition, she wrote a compounded hormone prescription wrong and when I refilled it the second time, I had to pay $130 out of pocket to get it and then another $40 later because I was going to run out again. I have to see another doctor to get the prescription right because I'm sure she'd ignore those emails as well. So I'm out $340 plus a lot of money for supplements that naturopaths like to push, and the only thing that I really learned was I'm magnesium deficient and my DHEA was low. I was not estrogen dominant.
