Loss of a star for terrible acoustics in the room that make it SO hard to hear the instructor. However I will put up with that to take Brett's classes. She is warm, inviting, and motivates the class in a manner that promotes autonomy and empowerment. She is relatable and irreverent. My individual needs are tracked and accommodated. Brett possesses a unique mix of technical knowhow, personality, and social awareness that keeps us coming back. No wonder she has such a following!

This was my first Pilates class. I'm very active and exercise regularly, but had never tried Pilates and always wanted to. The first day instructions that are sent to you are super clear and easy to understand. The instructor of the 6am class, Janae, explained how the machine operates very well and I felt confident on how it worked starting class. The class itself was challenging and was a great workout! The class focused a lot on core stability and controlling the resistance of the machine with controlled movements. Janae was an awesome instructor and kept the class at a steady pace that was adequate for all fitness levels. I would recommend trying this place out to anyone that is looking for a different type of workout to add to their typical routine or that wants to get into a fitness routine. The only thing I would recommended for men and women with large feet is to look into buying grip socks prior to your first class, they were out of stock for larger socks and only had small sizes available so I wasn't able to purchase any when I arrived. Overall though this was a great first experience and I'll be going back again.

I joined this class back in January wanting to become stronger and to supplement my running since I hurt my hip. I really enjoy how much this class challenges me and the instructors do such a great job keeping us motivated while also creating an environment where everyone can go at their own pace. I’m looking forward to seeing the results and encourage anyone else thinking about trying Lagree to give it a shot.

The instructors will push you and you will leave class like you actually got a good workout in. All in 40 minutes.

I never felt comfortable here. Yes, I was expecting Pilates when I first went, but quickly learned it wasn't that, but kept up with it because I had a good workout. The more classes I tried, I realized there was so much focus on muscle fatigue over form, no modifications cues--simply not a workout for everyone. The pace was very fast and some instructors were angry if we wouldn't keep pace. I saw others struggling with form alongside me--I didn't want to stick around and get injured so I only lasted 5 or 6 classes. Hoping a Pilates reformer studio opens in West Seattle sometime soon!

Oooooo this place burns! But it is only 40 minutes long and the reformer machines they have help anyone adapt, even with limited mobility like myself. I like coming here because it is body weight movements and the reformer machines are easy to use. I am still a total noob and have only been in a couple of times, but I feel great after a work out and I think this helps balance out my usual fitness routine

I leave every workout feeling great! It’s only 40 minutes, but it’s the most efficient workout I’ve done! The classes are small and the instructors are always pacing back and forth correcting your form to ensure you won’t hurt yourself.

The best, most challenging workout for sculpting your body you can get in 45 minutes. Way better than regular reformer or may Pilates. I look forward to my Inspire class all week!

Super efficient workout- love that I get everything in just 40 minutes. After coming consistently 3-4x week, I notice a difference in my body. Great post-partum workout!
