I’m a pretty broad guy for me height and finding suits that fit me well is very difficult. I saw Meghan at the downtown Seattle location and she brought confidence, vision, and skill to my shopping experience that really made me feel welcome and assured I was getting something special. I don’t have the suit yet but I can’t wait for it to arrive!!

Had an extremely great experience going to Indochino! Told them I’d be attending a friends wedding and they knew exactly what to do. They were very knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions. Make sure you ask for Levi! The guy is brilliant and was able to get my measurements spot on first try!Thanks again!

Meaghan was absolutely amazing! As a masc lesbian the idea of having to get a suit for my wedding was overwhelming as I knew shopping off the rack would be hard. Every part of the experience was better then I could have imagined. Meaghan was so helpful with validating my choices and helping to steer me in the right direction. I am so happy with how everything turned out!!

The folks at Indochino were super friendly and welcoming. Elliot did a thorough and detail oriented fitting. He worked with my needs and helped insure the fit was going to work for my profession . Finding clothes to fit my proportions that are far outside the standard is often difficult, and he was kind and affiriming .

The Seattle store was very welcoming and professional. Initially I went to a competitor but was let down by the lack of suit options. I walked in to Indochino just to take a look, decided I wanted to make a purchase, and their team was able to help me right away without needing an advance appointment. IV and Mitch were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the fabrics, design tips based on patterns, etc. After customizing my suit fabric, liner, lapels, pockets, shoulders, etc. they took me downstairs for measurements. I anticipated a 5 minute measurement experience like I’ve had in the past at competitors. This was beyond my expectations. They spent a half hour or more having me try on different jacket, vest, and pants combinations and pinning certain areas, making tailoring notes, and making sure the fit was perfect. They checked everything twice and left me feeling confident about the anticipated style and fit. I’m looking forward to receiving the end result! They assured me they have a perfect fit policy so that if the fit isn’t perfect, they will tailor and make adjustments until it’s right.

Been going there to get suits for years. The friendly and helpful staff is great at getting you looking good. Especially Levi, being great at guiding you toward what you want while being very informative and making strong suggestions to help you look and feel well dressed.

Mitch went above and beyond to help me order a tuxedo jacket with the exact fabric that I needed. Even though the fabric I needed wasn't normally available for tuxedo jackets, he helped me make a custom order for it. The jacket arrived quickly and fits great. Thanks Mitch!
