Although I wasnt actually on any lease, i lived here 3 years while taking care of an elderly man. The bedbug population is only outdone by the rampant cockroach population. When the elderly gentleman died, management quickly locked me out of the apartment then rifled the apartment stealing all my valuable possessions. The drug deals on each floor are usually done without fear of management intervention. The maintenance man can often be found entering apartments while the tenants are out. This place is full of thieves.

Wonderful place to live! I don’t care for amenities, just wanted a spacious, clean and safe unit and it is just that. Never had issues with packages getting stolen because the complex uses parcel lockers (parcel pending). Management has followed up quickly with every single bit of feedback and maintenance has been great! I noticed the hallways and lobby are cleaned a few times a week. Only thing is that the apartment is located in a busy area so it is noisy because of all the buses and trains, but hey, that’s city life!

I usually wait a few months before writing a review but I do want to take time out and rave about living here. From the friendly waves of managers from the office to the convos I have with my neighbors and others in the building, this place has been a warm welcoming home. Great location, amazing food options around and of course, awesome proximity to watch football, soccer, baseball and concerts via Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park.I highly recommend making a home here and cannot rave enough about Misty and Aby looking out for us making sure our experience is the best it can be.

I love living here! The leasing staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is great as well, they have been quick to respond and resolve issues that come up (there aren't many - the building is well maintained). It's right by a major intersection which makes it easy to get around town via the bus or train. Thank you Icon for a being amazing!

I had a great experience with Aby touring the facilities. It is in a great location with easy access to public transportation. For me the biggest benefit of this building is the proximity to the stadium district. You can easily walk to any ball game in just a few minutes. The units are clean with nice amenities.

The apartment itself is nice, but it's situated in a questionable area.My biggest grief, however, is that you will struggle to get packages delivered because they are always stolen or not delivered correctly.To a certain point, it's not up to the property manager, but if I'm having 10-15 package delivery issues in about 2 months time, they need to get involved.
