Missed one of my two W2 forms for the year, missed one of my economic impact payments, changed my signed return after I left, didn't mail the return. Spent months getting the run around from them and the IRS. Won't answer the phone. Had to go all the way down there in person to find out they had changed my return after I signed it and needed another signature. (I guess that's how one of my two jobs was completely omitted?) No phone call, no email, no letter, and me contacting you repeatedly to inquire about what the hold up was and you saying "call the IRS." No apology, no correction, no accountability at all. Still dealing with the ramifications today. Their guarantee is garbage and I wouldn't recommend HR Block to anyone who needs the job done correctly or on time.

Had an appointment at 10 AM, office is supposedly open 10 AM - 4 PM, waited until 10:15, nobody ever showed up, don't waste your time, if you freelance just use Column Tax its also $200 cheaper

Our return was messed up and they say it was fixed but can't tell us anything else. They have no idea what's going on and we pail alot of money for this service. There is absolutely no response from them. They say we have to wait 6 to 8 months for IRS but what about in the meantime? They take no responsibility and won't do anything to help. Garbage service

We digitally turned in our taxes 3 weeks before the deadline and never heard from our preparer. I had to call the office and play phone tag with the manager to get an update 2 weeks later. Our taxes ended up being filed late despite assurances from the manager that they would be on time. We were ultimately re-assigned a new tax professional. He was great!

Fast, efficient tax-handling service. Would recommend following up with the office for any online appointment booking, in case their systems do not link correctly. Plenty of street and lot parking available.
