We have been trying to get our 2020 taxes filed for 3 years now and have gone in circles with the office, customer support, and different managers. We were supposed to receive $2,500 back in refunds and are now past the 3 year mark and no longer able to receive this refund.
File here if you never want to see your refund and get passed around in circles for years on end to never receive a response.

Once again, Sanjeev has been helpful and informative regarding my business taxes. He guided me through some surprise issues with the IRS this year and I was grateful. He was super efficient and so on top of my tax return, that I had to be on my game to keep up. To top it all off, he threw in a bit of humor here and there when I least expect it. I wish to continue working with Sanjeev throughout the year.

I showed up and nobody was at the front desk, the employee walking by me made eye contact then ignored me. Eventually someone else came up and asked if I had an appointment.I had to wait for 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time and then they messed up and forgot to include a section of my return and charged me more money than they should have. Then they said I have to wait until I receive the incorrectly filed tax returns to be able to come back and make an amendment.Absolutely horrible experience. I am furious and will probably never use H&R Block again.

Mr Sanjeev seems like hating his job and his customers. You can't treat people like they own your money and no respect. Educate your "Tax pro" and evaluate their behaviors from time to time please.

H&R Block prepared my late father’s final tax return summer 2021. It took a full year for the IRS to mail it back to me with a note that there was info missing. I hired them in the first place so something like this would NOT happen. I haven’t been able to reach them by phone, and my voicemail has not been returned.Now I will have to resubmit the return, probably wait another full year to find out if it was done properly or not. I can’t close out the estate until the tax return is taken care of. My inheritance is stuck in an estate account due to this mistake. Frustrated that this is what happened after paying to have the job done correctly. I hope they will reach out and make this right.
