This is one of those places where you wish you could choose negative stars. The staff are not kind, they don't give good service. I will drive miles or go without. I do not recommend this place.

Went here looking for menthol flavoring with no extras. Sold me 2 different products (total of $78) both tasting nothing like menthol, only like candy with sweet aftertaste. Said there was no way to sample the taste of anything here and only after i bought both products that they recommended, did they say 'yeah, everything we have here is going to have a sweet taste'. This was after I tried the first item I bought and told them again, I do not want anything with a sweet aftertaste and they recommended a different product. Out $78 for something I instantly threw in the garbage.

I've been coming here for over a year, they always have the best products and best service. But tonight I bought some Kratom, after I drove off I mistakenly thought I was given a lower amount. I went back and they took my word and replaced it without question. When I got back to my car, I decided I needed to look better incase I missed something, and then I found the missing bag under my seat. I made sure to give them back the extra bag, but I cannot express my gratitude enough that they went the extra mile to replace what I thought was missing, and this is exactly why I love this store and their team behind the counter, I should have left you guys a review a long time ago
Thankyou so much everyone at Hotbox Northgate, you guys seriously make this the only place I want to shop at!

Actively tampering with their kratom bottles. I buy krave and it always comes with a "krave" bottle seal beneath the lid and my bottle of 500 was 30 short. Also there was always powder on the inside of the bottle and jacking up prices. I've bought from them 3 times now and it's been the same aluminum seal every time. Wouldn't trust em with anything but buying a water pipe and even then might charge and arm and a leg.
