I am not a member of this bank but went in to grab quarters, as we were visiting family and needed some to do wash at their place, no banks in that area would give us quarters as we are not members but this bank was so helpful and had no issues exchanging dollars for quarters. If we lived in Seattle we would definitely do our banking there

Homestreet Bank Queen Anne Branch- I have been a customer of this bank for several years now. It’s the best neighborhood bank. The manager and its staffs are excellent and the services are great. Kate Howells is very attentive to all her customers and knows her product. I will not hesitate to recommend this bank to any of my friends and relatives.

We've enjoyed working with Hossein and the QA branch staff for the past decade. Greeting our entire family by name, they have always made an effort to get to know our needs, making this truly our neighborhood branch. As their tv commercial said, "That's not my friend. It's my banker!"

Homestreet Bank Queen Anne Branch- I have been a customer of this bank for several years now. It’s the best neighborhood bank. The manager and its staffs are excellent and the services are great. I have been a customer for at least six years with the Queen Anne Branch of HomeStreet Bank. This branch is everything a bank should be. I would take a ferry, drive across town in rush hour traffic, and park 4 blocks away in order to do my banking at HomeStreet Bank of Queen Anne. Fortunately, I do not have to due to the banking technology that they offer, and that they have branches in all the right places. HomeStreet offers the perfect blend of service, efficiency, and satisfaction. Relationships are everything, especially when it comes to banking, and I'm keeping mine with them.

Initially I learned of HomeStreet when I became my HOA's Bookkeeper (5+ years ago). So impressed with the Queen Anne Branch that I transferred our personal accounts there too! The service and help from the Staff has been the best! As a former Bank Auditor (many moons ago) I have been nothing short of happy with all the staff and the HSB processes!

Home Street Queen Anne provides great service with personal attention. It's very rare to feel like the people at a bank care about you-- I get that glowing reassurance every time I stop in. A lot of banking can be done online or through an ATM these days, but Homestreet does all that AND is ready to help with thoughtful, caring, professional services for banking needs big and small.
