I worked with Nataliya for my business banking needs. She is incredible! She is always a phone call or text away and more then willing to help us with our business banking. If you have a business and need a bank account, loan or any banking needs I cannot stress enough! You have to go see Nataliya at the Lake city branch. You will feel secure knowing your business is in safe and great hands!

Julie and Marianne are lovely. There aren't many, if any, banks that answer the phone when you call. No phone tree...No options to press. Just a, Thank you for calling HomeStreet this is... And the fact they know my voice (maybe caller ID) is a plus. Every time I go in there I'm greeted by name and all my needs/transactions are handled like were old friends. If you don't bank there then I suggest you do. Not to mention their a local community bank

The “lollipop” ladies are my fav. They always ask about my kids even when I don’t bring them with me, and they treat us like we are old friends. It’s nice to walk into a place where everybody knows your name ;)

The ladies in this establishment are just, so welcoming. Moved from out of town, having to use this bank for the first time with my new employer, and my first visit i was befriended and offered many suggestions for the area. Much appreciated.

Don't come to this branch, everytime takes at least 15 mins to half hr to process my mortgage loan. They have no idea what they are doing. The manager seems a bad leader also. A bunch of stupid people work in one store , unbelievable

When I walk in to the Lake City homestreet branch bank.. The atmosphere is quite friendly and family like. The personal at this branch.. [as well as other branches].. have gotten to know me by my first name.. this action is quite personal to me. I don't feel like a client.. I feel like I am in a family. We even have moments of ordinary conversations.. 'how are you doing today?'.. bits of humor.. and encouragement. This is special to me. Thank you.
