The cashier was a bit rude when I asked for a coin machine and all machines were a total rip off!!! $5.50 was the smallest size they had. Would not waste my money on these crooks!!!

It was too expensive, and there was no ATM service.

Amazing service, helpful staff, excellent modern clothes washing and drying machines. Handy coin machine that exchanges notes up to $20. Great parking outside. I would definitely recommend this laundromat.

It’s amazing how few laundromats there are in town. I do like how you can pay by card through an app but $5.50 for a wash is a little steep. It’s quiet and there is Wi-Fi . Be aware soap is only by dollar coin. There is a change machine but you have to put in 5 bucks or more for the coins. Thankfully the lady sold me one behind the counter.

It's an excellent location and there's a variety of machines with ample space to navigate, load/unload and fold stuff, and the machines are clean- however, the wash is kind of expensive.
Also, there's a short skinny dude named Ryan(?) who seemingly works there and exclusively asks young women extremely prying questions about their haircuts and hairdressers while he's doing rounds around the floor wiping things down. It was uncomfortable being on the receiving end of it and equally as uncomfortable watching him talk to the other young women; none of us could quite figure out how to politely ask him to leave us alone. Between talking to various girls he'd put his headphones on, appearing as if he was on the phone, and have a conversation- I don't think he's actually talking to anyone, the cadence of his speech sounds like he's just talking to himself.
When he was talking to me (after getting my attention even with my headphones on), he said he was the owner, but when another customer asked him if he worked there, he said no and directed her to the office- continuing to repeat his instructions well after she'd left the room. I'm pretty sure he does legitimately work there because he was talking quite audibly about his work chores for the day and his commute home afterwards.
I've seen him do this stuff both times I've been here and been on the receiving end of it both times as well. He doesn't say anything overtly inappropriate, but he only talks to visibly young women, and only about their hair. I won't speculate as to why because that would be crass, but even if his motives are benign and he just doesn't understand social cues, it's not really appropriate behavior for someone who is customer facing. And, it would really suck in that circumstance if someone were to take extreme offense to what Ryan thinks is just normal conversation.
Because of that and the prices, I'm probably not coming back a third time. I can go a further ways on the bus to a smaller, unattended laundromat that's cheaper.

It does the job! People are helpful and it’s a decent place. I think it needs a bit more warmth to it, some comfort…more seating, there’s not much of it.
The location is great, a lot of food and other stuff around. Brewery right down the way! At least my stuff can be left there while I have a beer and it’s safe.

This place has good washers and dryers. Gets the job done. 11.00 for a wash on average and .25 = about 4 min in the reversing blanket dryer.

Edit: There's an app to pay with a card! It wasn't mentioned when I approached the attendant...But it would have saved me from running around town. ? Not being from here, I wasn't aware of the cardless payment option (Coins only. Yes, I should have researched more!) But it was an adventure getting around to find some cashola. Now that I'm back, the machines are great...the place is clean and safe and I'm happy I came to this location! It gets the job done!

Dropped off at 7:30am Wed., picked up at 7:30am Thurs. Excellent service! Everything neatly folded in a clean bag. Best laundromat in the University Area. The laundry machines in my apt. building are a constant nightmare and rob me half the time. Hogan's drop off service is worth every penny. Who likes doing laundry anyway? I've got better things to do.
