Decent prices but this place was under staffed and messy as hell. Took us 10 minutes to realize no one was working the dressing rooms and it was a free for all. I bought a couple shirts and stuff for my 12 y/o… let’s see if the stuff holds up.

Disrespectful rude lazy employees. How embarrassing to see the employees here treat their customers. Management needs to clean house and hire more mature employees.

Brought my receipt and item I’m returning was within the return periiod yet cashier was asking if he could see the card I used during purchase. I didn’t my card with me. They could just refund it back it on the card. He said if I do a purchase then I could return the item?!
I’m not buying from this H&M store anymore.

They charged me $39 for a single shirt that the rest of the set (4 shirts) was missing and priced at $49 and then the alderwood mall is shut down so I can’t easily return it. The lady who checked me out was rude and then pulled this stupid stunt so I won’t be coming back. My friends have had issues with this store but I was nearby and thought I’d check it out.

Return policy is so ridiculous. Make sure whatever you buy you know you want and don’t buy people gifts from here.I received a gift from my wife and the return policy was out of this world.That made us feel ashamed for exchanging new clothes with tags on.

I give them the fact that a customer was making a return as annoying as possible, but they could have opened another register to actually check people out. Ended up giving up and walking out.

Was able to find great business casual clothes here. They have an inclusive array of sizes and I always find something flattering and modest here. They have several timeless items, as well as some trendy ones.
