Highland mailbox and storage has the nicest people working there. Every time I come in, they greet me with a kind welcome. I always have a very nice conversation. I would like to point out Vadim. I would like to point out Vadim! Every time I’m there, he has a big smile that’s reflects on everyone. I’ve never had a bad experience. I’m very glad that I decided to get a storage and mailbox here!

Really helpful and kind staff, process of shipping and printing is always such a smooth and pleasant experience. The employees always greet me with smile and help out as much as they can! Boxes and padded envelopes of all sorts of sizes are available for purchase!

Great helpful team! Wonderful customer service, for the past three years always welcome to be at the store to get my packages mailed, pick up my mail, few minuets to chat, and always leaving the store with wishing for a good day! Thank you guys!!!

Employee lied to me and told me he had added insurance for my shipment up to its $1000 value, but he had left the value empty. When the package was damaged, UPS refused to pay the full value due to Highland Mailbox's error. Relying on their employee's false statements (that he would insure the package fully, and later that he had insured the package fully) caused me to lose $900. The owner refused to make it right and provide adequate compensation. Don't trust this business - they are liars from the front desk employees right up to the owner.

The girl working there was very unfriendly and unhelpful, barely said 2 words. Also I’m not sure how it ended costing $30 to ship 2 small packages to California but next time I’m definitely just going to Fed Ex.

Steph doesn’t really like to talk, and are not very helpful with ironing out issues. I wish I could use a different place, but I live close. Also, the hours are wrong on Google. They don’t open until 9:30 in the morning.

Don't know his name, but the full time guy who works there often is very nice and professional. Their prices on everything they offer are incredibly reasonable. Glad this place is still up and running.

We were told we would get a refund for a mess up of mail delivery. They did not refund us. Also are package was packed up bad. You could see into to top of the box through the clear tape. We asked for help to try and get are package delivered faster and they gave us no options.
