Great Service And Nice New Rental Vehicles. I Rented A SUV For 5 Day's And I Received A New Nissan Rogue To Drive. Pick Up And Drop Off Was In And Out Service. The Neighborhood May Not Look To Ideal Or Safe, But The Business Seems To Stand By What They Advertise.

We were charged a cleaning fee of $450 from Hertz because they found sand in the car? Sand that was from normal use. We were not at a beach.

Horrible experience -- got slammed with massive fees because of a weed smell that was there when we got it, and because we didn't think to clean sand off the seats. If you must rent from this location, make sure to report any odor in the car before you leave, and make sure to return it spotless.
