They didn't do anything to my car. I thought they were. Going to fix my transmission. And say said it was something else and now my transmission still slipping. Horrible

These guys are the BEST. Honesty rules here as Victor saved me hundreds of dollars, taking much time and energy to diagnose a headlight issue. Thank you for amazing service and your honesty. I will be back!!

Victor is one of the most honest mechanics I've ever met. Their shop went above and beyond are both myself and my daughter's vehicles.

Not very often I post reviews, but this place is amazing. No thrills, just good ol fashion mechanics doing awesome work.

Bought a 1999 Mercedes and took it there for an AC problem. I'm a pretty experienced amateur mechanic and could have repaired it myself but didn't have the time. They called back with an accurate diagnosis and reasonable repair options, recommending that we try the less expensive one first. I would not hesitate to use them again. Only problem I've had is they get busy and sometimes don't answer their phone on the first try.

Took my car in for multiple oil leaks. Took them over a month to "fix" the leaks. Picked my car up and 10min down the road the car started leaking oil all over the ground. Took my car straight back to them instantly. My car is still there and has been for almost 2 months. (3 months including the initial repair).

I'm always the one to call them asking for updates and I have to call 3-4 times in a row to get an answer. Their voicemail box is full. I've already paid them over $1700. Thinking about pressing legal action. I just want my car back and fixed as I paid for. If anyone can help me. I'd appreciate it. Hermanns, do the right thing. I just want my car fixed.

I want to preface by saying these guys are extremely nice. Unfortunately a good personality doesn't fix your car. I took a 1970 Opel GT to the shop to get it running. It ran fine previously, but sat for a while and I was pretty sure the starter choked. Normally I would do the work myself but I was moving in four weeks from the day I brought the car in and just needed to get it on the road so I wouldn't have to trailer it.

THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF!! I brought in my 2001 Subaru Forester with a "noisy wheel sound". They replaced a rear wheel bearing for $500 and the noisy wheel sound is still there. When I complained that their $500 repair job didn't fix (or even diagnose the problem), the owner just shrugged. I honestly don't believe that anyone test drove the car first, to hear the noise, nor did anyone test drive the car after the supposed repair - or they would have heard that the wheel noise was still there! The owner offered to look into the problem again, but there was no way I was going to give them any more money. The replacement of the rear wheel bearing was clearly just a dishonest way of charging for a repair that probably wasn't needed, and certainly didn't fix the problem. I wouldn't recommend trusting this place!

As a man who knows virtually nothing about car repair I often find it VERY intimidating when trying to price parts and service for my vehicles. After speaking with a couple of friends about options I heard Hermann's come up more than once so I decided to give them a try. I was not disappointed. The pricing was great, service was performed timely, and they were extremely flexible with scheduling. I do not hesitate to rate them a 5/5 as they really went the extra effort to make this as painless of a process as possible. If you want your car in the best of car and want a great deal do not hesitate to call Hermann's International Auto Service.

No one likes to shell out hundreds of dollars to fix an unexpected car malfunction, but Hermann's made the process easier with affordable pricing, knowledgable staff and a speedy process. When my car's AC went out during a particularly hot spell, Victor recharged my AC quickly and it was significantly cheaper than some of the other places I've looked at. All the staff was easy to talk to and they really knew what they were talking about. Hopefully I don't have another car problem anytime soon, but when I do, I'm definitely coming back to Hermann's!

Had a complete engine failure so needed a new engine. Victor gave me two options with approximately a $2000 difference in price. Told him my driving habits and asked what he would do if it was his car. Without hesitating he said he would recommend the cheaper one. That meant a huge deal since I don't think a lot of mechanics would do that. They were extremely helpful to the point where when it took a little longer than anticipated, they provided me with one of their personal cars to use until mine was ready. I will tell everyone I know to go see Victor.
