This is by far the worst place you can buy jewelry. It's unbelievable how bad the customer service is, I hated every minute of my experience with this company, not to mention that the quality of their products is so bad that I've had to replace the same ring three times and they tell me that it is not covered under their policy to have the ring fixed again because the quality is so bad and they know it and that's why they have that policy in place.
I hope that if you are considering buying any type of jewelry from this place, you read my review and know that they will not serve you well here, nor will they sell you quality products. Go somewhere else, this place is not worth it. Do not buy from them, do not do business with them because they are a very bad company in my life,I will buy from here again.
Not to mention that manager Carol starts fighting with you when she thinks things should only be done her way when in reality in every business, the customer is always right.

When my girlfriend and I went ring shopping she took her time showing and explaining everything until we found the perfect one.

Is this place open? I showed up for my biannual inspection and was greeted with bars, no signs, and when I called there was no pick up or voicemail service. The people across the hall at Macy’s said they had no idea why it was closed and that they have weird hours.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Helzberg Diamond store. The quality of the ring I purchased was extremely unsatisfactory, and to make matters worse, their customer service was abysmal. Despite the fact that the ring was clearly not up to par, they refused to issue a refund simply because it fell outside their 30-day return policy. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I would strongly advise against shopping at Helzberg Diamond store. It's a shame when a company values its policies more than its customers' satisfaction.(Unmistakably the ring on the left in last photo)

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Helzberg Diamonds in Southcenter Mall and I cannot recommend their products or service at all.The quality of the ring I purchased was shockingly poor. It was evident that corners were cut in the manufacturing process, as the ring I received looked nothing like expected and seemed to lack the attention to detail that one would expect from a reputable jeweler. The stone appeared to be poorly set, and the overall craftsmanship was subpar.Furthermore, the level of service I encountered was awful. The staff seemed disinterested and unwilling to cooperate when wanting a refund. It was a clear indication that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them.In conclusion, I regret my decision to shop at Helzberg Diamonds. The low-quality products and poor service make it impossible for me to recommend this jeweler to anyone seeking a positive shopping experience. Save your money and your time by looking elsewhere for your jewelry needs.

Negative stars!! Do not go here.Rude staff. Karen only showed interest when trying to make a sale. Once we purchased her demeanor completely changed. The manager Josh was completely careless. Not helpful and didn't work to resolve our issues.

If there is below 1 start I will give that. The assistant manager was so rude. I went there to exchange my necklace but I don’t know her name she was so rude in customer service skill. She didn’t even want to help us. She was giving us a rude face. Unprofessional customer service avoid them !!!!!!

My experience was amazing, I went to a lot of jewelry stores in the area and had almost given up on a gift. I walked into this location in south center mall and was automatically greeted with a smile from Patrick Richardson the sales person. His service was amazing and I felt glad to spend my money with him. More company’s need them a Patrick on the sales floor. This company is lucky to have him, I’m definitely going back to this location to spend more with him.

Worked with Karen and Jason. They were both so helpful and knowledgeable. It was very low pressure and they made sure we had all of our options explained. I definitely recommend going to see them in the South Center mall!

I will never do business with this company again! I bought many pieces from this Tukwila store and each time purchased a protection plan. One of the pieces was a 24" white gold chain it was getting kinked up and had strength out so I took it in, the store manager would not replace it but said the kinks could be taken out by some machine and was going to shorten it back to 24". It was promised by 12/1, the date had come and gone, I called the first associate said she didn't see it and to call back next day so I did the manager said it had just come in, came in next day the necklace looked the same and the manager look at me and said "I used my own fingers to get the kinks out" and it was still the same length!! They even send it in for repair. Yes I'm done buying from there for sure!

I have never felt more disrespect from a jeweler than I did when I was in this Helzberg Diamonds. Upon first entry to the store the staff was stand-offish and I'll-mannered. We were not greeted with polite associated ready to help but instead given side eyes and off putting looks. When someone did get around to assisting, they were very rude in demeanor. They were not willing to work with my idea on what I wanted to do with my already purchased Helzberg Diamonds ring, nor did they offer any suggestions. Instead they insisted what I wanted to do was going to be "too expensive" over and over again, with no regard to my financial status. When I referenced my own ring, and wanting a material similar, the man said my ring was sterling silver in a very judgmental tone. I then assured him it wasn't and he took it under the light and corrected himself by saying "you are right, it's white gold, I just can't tell what karat because it's been worn off". I reminded him that my ring was from Helzberg and should be in their system. He then rolled his eyes and said he'd be able to look it up but by then I was already fed up with the hostile environment and impolite associates to continue doing my business at this location. It's truly unfortunate.
