I've had wildly mixed experiences at this place, sometimes great and sometimes not so much. In particular, online ordering can be VERY unreliable. On numerous occasions I've gotten to the counter and found out that my order was more expensive than what the receipt said I'd be paying, and whether they'll honor the promised price or make you use their ATM's (and pay the exorbitant fees) is a coin toss.
A decent store on the whole, but if you order online make sure to bring more cash than you expect to need so you're ready if they surprise you at the register, because their site is chronically inaccurate.

Staff is great, however just recently brought a product that was completely empty today…don’t trust the equinox brand, no quality control. I suppose I’ll have to make sure to check a completely sealed metal box…

Visiting from Oregon, this Seattle dispensary experience was a major disappointment and this dispensary option should be avoided if possible.
Weird vibe at 10:30am on a Saturday. Rude bud tenders who pointed me to display cases when I asked for dragon balms for a throbbing knee. "Everything we have is in the cases. Go look." Zero topical products in the cases on inspection.
They actually did have the topical I wanted, but gosh! What rude people! Go somewhere else if you can!

Don’t go here!! They are not honoring the prices in the windows or they are stealing either way they are doing something shady and have a bad reputation on the street also

I had a pleasant experience both times I visited. The person who assisted us during the first visit was incredibly helpful. Plus, you can’t beat a 15% off discount for a first-time online order!

I was mildly annoyed by how slow it was getting in and the line and everything, but when I got up to the counter I realized this is because they actually talked to you and they actually try to figure out what you want. I even tried to speed it up and the clerk very politely and very positively just repeated to make sure that I was getting what I wanted. The door people, the budtenders (excuse my language, I'm just super positive) it was all great
