I would avoid this place like the plague! After reviewing an estimate shared online from this shop, the owner is getting robbed. The insurance company owes for “reasonable repair costs”. Charging the insurance nearly $20 to set up a bumper on a stand…. I never imagined! I am a former Geico field adjuster and am a current body shop GM. I know crooks when I see them. I’m happy for folks to make money, but this estimate was egregious. They also broke protocol for insurance when the at fault parties insurance reached a policy limit and the vehicle owner had to go through their own carrier. During that time the shop should have stopped repairs and partnered with the new insurance company and made sure they were good to proceed with repairs. They did not do this, knowing they wouldn’t get approved by insurance and are now holding the car charging $150/day storage. Crooks! Run away unless you have money to burn.

Haury’s is top notch! They are informative on all aspects of a collision repair and professional. They guided us in the process of dealing with our insurance and the process. It sounds funny, but I hope to not see them soon :). If I do need repairs done, I will be going back to Haury’s…not to mention exploring what other services they have to offer.

Seamless with insurance of carrier who caused damage. 2012 mini cooper - part waiting issue and trouble sending pics and attachments to yahoo email which put the work behind a few days but the work done was well worth the wait - my mini looked when I originally bought it!!!

I would steer clear of this shop. Took my 06 Crown Vic in after getting rear ended. When I went to pick it up they had the back of the car parked in the bushes so I couldn't see the repairs. When I got it home it was clear why it was parked that way. The work looked like a little kids art project. I mean the bumper cover had not been replaced. Instead they just sort of painted over it. It looked awful and was all ready peeling. So of corse i took it back and they tried telling me I got hit again. They refused to fix it right in the first place so clearly all they want to do is argue.

My 1989 Mitsubishi Pajero was in an unfortunate accident. After being turned away from a few places and being told “no one will work on that,” I found Haury’s. Sam eased my mind and said of course they would work on my truck. I was so thankful, I love my truck and couldn’t imagine having to give it up. I picked up my truck this past week and it looks amazing, beyond what I expected. I was nervous since it’s an older vehicle, and wondered how it would look when finished. I’m so happy with the results! Thank you Zack and Sam for making this a great experience. The team did a fantastic job and I couldn’t be happier. Photos of before and after are attached. I’ll also mention the door was replaced and had to be painted to match. It looks so good!

Tried to bring in my bmw for repair here, after a couple emails back and forth they just stopped replying, dont know what happened, would have loved to do business with them.

Always had great results. The work has been excellent and they consulted with me on whether to use parts manufactured by Mini ****** or by other providers. Never once did Mini customer service talk down to me or treat me with anything but respect.

Best experience ever! They took such great care of my precious Mazda CX5. I was rear ended by an uninsured driver on my way to work and there was quite a bit of damage. Since they are Mazda certified, they get it done right. The office manager Samuel kept me up to date and made sure I was taken care of! A thorough inspection of my car was done, parts were ordered efficiently, and painted perfectly! You will not find a better painter than Anthony.

I visited Haury’s after a small incident involving my new BMW. Right from the first visit, the difference was evident. I had visited an insurance recommended shop and also another BMW certified shop before coming here but the level of detail with which Sam explained the process and caveats that might come along the way, was much better than the others. Since, it was a new vehicle, I wanted it to be repaired to new-like status with all OEM parts and factory repair techniques, hence I chose this shop over insurance recommended ones (even though I had to wait a few weeks before they could take the car in and were more expensive than others)The work that they did is amazing and the car looks and drives like nothing ever happened. During the entire process, they were always available to answer any questions. They also fixed couple of minor unrelated damages with no additional cost ! Their labor rates might be higher than what most insurance carriers would agree to pay but it’s worth the money.

I was hit in my 2 week old 2023 Rav4 with upgraded paint. Sickening, head shaking situation and with parts shortages and shop shortages all over Seattle it wasn't pretty.Haurys lessened the stress by being so knowledgeable about the whole process while I focused on my injuries.This shop is very professional and organized. Very knowledgeable about insurance billing. Excellent paint job. Sam provided the best customer service and was amazing when dealing with poor insurance customer service.During an exhausting months long insurance battle, Haurys never wavered and was a great partner while i fought the fight. In the end, rates fell fairly within insurance guidelines and after all the dust was settled, and a professional appraiser was brought in, the full $22k bill was paid.Thank you Brad and the rest of the Team! I hit a deer coming home from a camping trip in north Idaho in July. Needless to say, it did a whole lot of damage to the entire side of my truck. No big deal right? That’s what insurance is for right? Wrong! What transpired over the next few weeks was the giant run around game with the insurance company. They kept referring me to body shops that either wouldn’t call me back, or really wanted me to know under no circumstances was this going to happen anytime soon nor did they really need the extra business. So frustrated I called my local Ram dealer and asked them if they had any suggestions. They said I should have it looked at by a factory certified body shop. They told my that Haury’s was factory certified for new car repair. My truck is a 2022. This is where my experience went from bad to really really good. haury’s was awesome!! They got me right in the next day. They had a written estimate to me by the time I got home. I was not looking forward to calling my flaky insurance agent and giving him the estimate. This is where the service really kicked in. The guys at Haury’s explained to me how the insurance company work, and they would literally take it from there and they would handle everything. And that’s just what they did. They got my truck in within a few weeks. I got it back a week later. I didn’t have to spend hours on hold, my truck looks perfect. I didn’t have to talk to another insurance adjuster they took care of all of it. I can not recommend these guys enough. The way they handled ever detail was amazing. Oh, and speaking of details, they detailed my truck for me before they gave it back to me. Bravo guys!! After attending BMW Club events at which Haury's presented, I was impressed and determined to use Haury's when the need arose. Well, unfortunately the need arose in August of 2023. Knowing it's difficult to get an estimate by dropping by, I called and emailed. I've called and left messages four times, and emailed twice as the website requests. Apparently Haury's is so successful that it doesn't need the business, as I've never received a response. I can't get through on the phone without being sent to voicemail (which is ignored), and emails are not returned. So, I'd give it zero stars if that was an option - not due to quality of work, price, or any of the normal criteria for a review - but because Haury's doesn't have the courtesy of at least returning a call or email to say it it is too busy to take my business. Sorry, Haury's - normally I think it's better to say only nice things, but being in a not-at-fault accident is stressful enough, and it's even more frustrating having a business completely ignore an attempt to give it the opportunity to serve.
