I live on the Eastside. I was looking for help with a combination ceiling light & fan unit. Tried several stores with no luck. Finally directed to Harold’s Lighting. They ordered the part for me. When it came in it needed to be adjusted. They are adjusting it and I will install later this week. They are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They return phone calls and follow up as promised. I drive the 520 bridge to get there.. small price to pay for excellent customer service! I highly recommend Harold’s Lighting ( especially Rick).

Brought in a touch lamp that had stopped working, and I thought I'd need to donate. Brought it in just to see if it could be fixed, and the kind staff person fixed it in 20 mins. Thank you!

Harold's sold me some light fixtures for my bathroom. They arrived with a shattered glass dome, and they immediately warrantied and helped me get a new one fast. Flash forward three years. One of the LEDs was acting funny. I'm way out of warranty and they don't even sell the product anymore, but they still contacted the manufacturer and got a free replacement LED sent to me. It's rare to see companies stand behind their products this well. I would highly recommend Harold's!

The minute you enter the store, you are greeted with a room of lights of different styles, colors, hanging, crystals and more. We happened upon the store when the wire for a very expensive floor lamp was chewed ! Cats. The staff behind the counter was very knowledgeable and helpful. The new wiring was finished before a week went by. I recommend the store for getting the job done.

Fantastic customer service! Obsolete track lighting was inherited from a previous home owner. Several pendant lights were inoperable. The folks at Harold's took time to diagnose a faulty wire on one light and provided a tiny set screw (unavailable at local and big box hardware stores) for a second light. Surprisingly, there was no charge for either service! Both lights now work perfectly.
