My Daughter-in-law lives here and they have cockroaches. Furthermore, they've been charging her without her knowledge for a washer and dryer. That was supposed to have come with the unit. Her section 8 covers her rent. But for some reason they've been billing her separately for a washer and dryer. That had she known the cost of she absolutely would not have. Let then put it in your place. Because she absolutely cannot afford it. Now she's facing a viction. And the court proceedings that go along with that. After having just lost, her baby is places in outrage. And they should seriously consider having an inquiry done by the tenant landlord association

While there is plenty of Riff Raff outside at all hours of the day and night the building itself is a fairly decent and has a great view from the rooftop decks.

The building and units themselves are pretty nice, my brother and a friend of ours live there. And that's why give it a 2 star because the people you come across are those you find asking for money, drugs, and flat out sketchy. Granted the location were different, the quality of people would be different too.

I really like my place here! Neighbors and their guests are sketchy at times, but my view of the Puget Sound and Smith Tower are amazing! The Maintenance team is also very courteous, helpful and prompt.

One of the worst apartments I’ve ever lived in. The hallways smell of cigarettes and other unknown smells. The constant ambulance/fire truck sirens. The entry way and the elevators smell like dog urine. If you don’t use the Amazon locker your package will be stolen.

Hana apartments by far is one of the worst apartments in Washington. From management , to other residents --this is not a space you'd want to call home. Although in a great location many homeless people sneak in to sleep in the building. They do have security patrol but I also believe that is just for looks as they don't secure anything. Save your money! The location is great but not when its compromising your mental health. (Kevin is also a terrible property manager. )

These are income restricted apartments and because of this I was able to lease here. I've lived here for two months and the maintenance staff along with the office staff have been nothing but professional and attentive when issues arise. I love that it is secured building and I love the open kitchen And my view is spectacular. There is security here, an Amazon hub and the office staff are here 6 days a week. I love getting off of the elevator and I can still smell the fresh paint. I highly recommend living here.

I am very happy with the service I received from Raul, the maintenance man at Hana Apartments. He went above and beyond to fix the issues in my unit. When I moved in, I noticed that my closet doors were missing. I forgot to mention this in my move-in review, and I only brought it up to the office months later. Kevin, the office manager, was very understanding and immediately contacted Raul to order the doors for me. Raul and his assistant was very prompt and efficient. Raul got the doors delivered and installed in no time. He also showed great professionalism and skill in his work. I was very impressed by his quality and speed. But that's not all. The night before Raul came to install the closet doors, I accidentally broke my oven door. It shattered into pieces and I was concerned I'd have to cover the replacement costs. To my surprise, Raul had a spare oven door downstairs and he replaced it for me in minutes! Raul has been a lifesaver for me on several occasions. He always responds quickly and effectively to any maintenance request I have. He is very reliable and courteous. I appreciate his dedication and hard work, especially considering how many units and tasks he has to deal with every day. The office staff are also very helpful and friendly. They always listen to my questions and concerns and try their best to resolve them. They make me feel valued and respected as a tenant. I highly recommend Raul and the office staff for their excellent service and customer care. They are the best!
