The team is wonderful, knowledgeable, attentive, and makes sure to bring you along with them, wherever you are in your fitness journey. There is always a variety of classes and class times to choose from so that you can make it work for your schedule. Can't recommend Fit for Mom SS highly enough!”
“One of the only great gyms in Beacon Hill. It has all the essential equipment you would expect at a gym with some extras. It's clean, organized and very easy to access. They play a nice variety of music at a relatively low volume (so you can still listen to your own without issue). Highly recommend!”

I had just had a baby and they helped me to feel stronger than I ever had before. Most importantly, I gained some truly amazing friends. The coaches and owners of the gym are some phenomenal human beings. They are always motivating you and guide you through every workout. I always recommend this gym to everyone I know. “I’ve been a member at CrossFit West Seattle for 8 years! Since my first day, I’ve felt welcomed and included. I even earned a couple nicknames!!! Coaches are knowledgeable and fun. They support all ability levels and ages with tips and scaled options for all movements and workouts. The programming is amazing—great variety, crazy couplets, regularly programmed longer workouts focusing on cardio, and lots of barbell and gymnastic skill work. Workouts are written for the best athletes (as they should be) AND there is always a second workout programmed that gives everyone access to the perfect workout for them. Come check us out (and if you are really cool you’ll join the 6 am crew!) Danielle, our super passionate owner, responds quickly to all inquiries. Email her today! You will love her vibe and the community she has helped create”

Even though I was there for just one class, Aiden gave me some useful tips. If you're looking to drop in, with good coaching, a clean facility and a workout, I recommend PUSH Box CF.”

They send emails, and texts, and work with folks not only when the client is in a session or class, but also outside of it. They also tend to offer events for the their fitness community to hang out and do things together! This is a fantastic place to work out!”

5AM - 8PM
2521 4th Ave, Seattle“I started working with Sonja about two years ago. I'm 70 years old. My goal was to build upper arm strength and make sure I was steady on my feet. I did Sonja's intensive introduction course and then continued on for about a year and a half. Sonja is awesome. Her instincts are excellent with regard to the type of exercise I needed and how to make adjustments. Today I've got my own routine and go to my gym three times a week for a shorter workout. And I feel great. You can even feel the muscles in my arms, which I never had before. I highly recommend Sonja's program. For someone like me who was never interested in weight training before, Sonja was the perfect solution. I looked forward to going to the gym with her and still do. I will be forever grateful for her guidance. Is it intimidating for a 70 year old woman to join a gym with a bunch of young people? A little. But in the end, I was hoping that I could inspire them. You're never to old to learn how to take care of your body. Thank you, Sonja.”
11AM - 12PM 4 - 5PM
2315 Western Ave, Seattle“The gym is awesome, and the sessions are seriously top-notch for getting in shape. Tony, Hana, Melissa, and Adrienne are all fantastic instructors who really know their stuff when it comes to guiding workouts. And big shoutout to Tony for going the extra mile with the fun Chipper class every Friday!Highly recommend!!”
“I am so grateful for my dance fitness exercise class with Jeanine at Seattle Jazzercise! Jeanine is an amazing instructor. Dancing with her made me feel like I was 20 years old again. The hour was so much fun and I left so energized, I really want to do it again. Jeanine's hip moves on the Latin songs are so good. It was a pleasure to see her dancing...a strong instructor, and a great atmosphere.
I recommend anyone who's thinking about dance fitness classes to give Seattle Jazzercise a try! You will find an hour of happiness that will make you want to come back for more.”
“TruFusion is the BEST studio in Seattle!

10031 16th Ave SW, Seattle“206 South has continued to provide a safe workout space / community for me since 2019. If you’re looking for a gym that strives for inclusivity, strives to make a better YOU, and takes the time to get to know you on a personal level then a standard commercial gym that only checks on you for their own profit then this is the gym for you! The coaching staff at this gym are phenomenal people and show what it means to be the heart of White Center!! So don’t look any further sign up for a class now! :)”
“This is my forever crossfit gym. After 10 years in crossfit and several gyms, this one is home. The coaches are exceptional and so are the members. I get targeted direction on form and technique and enjoy the mix and caliber of the other crossfitters. My status as a senior adult and my frequent travel are no bar to comraderie. I am especially grateful for the support of the gym owners and their generous allowance of time away without penalty. ?”
“Outstanding gym — they make it look easy! Coaches are attentive, and give clear, actionable feedback very quickly; I'm actually really impressed with how effective they are with diagnosing and issue and prescribing a solution. On top of that, the programming is consistently awesome, and thoughtfully done w/r/t timing, desired stimulus, and balance across various fitness domains. Also if you've ever been intimidated by some of the higher-skill CrossFit movements, there tends to be less of them here, and when there are they're super clear about substitutions.”
“Great friendly diverse gym with a supportive atmosphere. Elders and young'ns working out side by side. Lots of classes and separate CrossFit. Great trainers.. very supportive, welcoming to all. Have been a member for many years!”
“I've been rowing at Row House since November, 2023, and have been thrilled to find this form of exercise. As an older guy, I need low impact cardio, and these classes provide a solid workout, they are fun, and the coaches do a phenomenal job of providing solid encouragement, enthusiasm, while also creating space to go at your own pace.”
