I had a tire patched. After the service, I was informed that the sensor battery for one of the tires was dead and had to be replaced. But the sensor was functional until I got the tire serviced.

Been using Greg's Japanese Auto for several years now. They are very friendly and helpful. They have done a good job addressing my concerns, and their prices are reasonable for the work performed. They take the time to discuss the repairs, their findings and are very helpful, especially with upcoming maintenance so I can plan ahead and budget. I plan to continue servicing my Genesis with Greg's.

I brought my car in for a brake service but they did an oil change instead as I discovered after leaving. They promised to refund this unauthorized oil change but it has been 3 weeks of false promises and no response. They fired their manager, but clearly the problem goes deeper.
Update: after this review they did reach out and refund me.
