Dr Dunphy did not give any transparency about pricing nor did she ask permission before collecting samples (for a cytology) or doing additional services such as cleaning ears. Everything that happened in that appointment was presented as nonnegotiable and Dunphy lacked communication and care when we would ask clarifying questions. Dunphy did what she thought was the best option and did not stop to explain or ask if we would like to pay for any of her suggestions. I have never been to a vet appointment where I’m not given an itemized list all costs and my options before the vet decides to give shots and additional treatments.

All of my experiences with GreenTree Animal Hospital have been fantastic, but my visit on September 3 was exceptional. From the Front desk staff to the vet tech to the Vet, Dr. Kleven.
Everyone was so kind and helpful and truly put me at ease in a stressful situation.
Hands down the best Animal Hospital I have ever used.

I just wanted to take a moment to say WOW. I have been going to Greentree Animal Hospital for quite some time. I lived in West Seattle for a bit and they were my vet of choice. When I moved away from the area for a few years, I unfortunately had to go to another vet for a while. When I was with my other vet, I just couldn't stop thinking about how much better my experience ALWAYS was with Greentree.
When my partner and I moved to a different part of the area, we tried two different vets. Both were subpar. We decided that it would be best for us to just make the trek from the Green Lake Neighborhood down to West Seattle to come back to Greentree Animal Hospital.
It was, not surprisingly, immediately evident we had made the right choice. Shout out to Indigo who is always the friendliest human on the phone and when you're greeted in the office. Everyone there is, luck just has it that I usually speak with Indigo when I go in.
Dr. Dunphy. O.M.G. Legit the most caring vet I've ever had the pleasure of looking after my pup, and soon to be, pups. She never makes you feel like your questions are annoying or dumb even though I'm sure she's fielded the same ones thousands of times. She goes above and beyond to make sure that your furry beast has the best possible care and I leave Greentree Animal Hospital with confidence knowing that my pup has received the best possible care available anywhere in the area.
If you're looking for a new vet, look no further. This clinic is the absolute best you will find anywhere. I cannot say enough and I want to say a heartfelt thank you to their staff for truly being the best around. THANK YOU!

I have tried so hard to love this vet. They were wonderful when I had to put down a long-term pet. However, I find the customer service to be contentious, snooty, and utterly unhelpful. They've messed up appointments, not notified me when they should have, and vice versa. The latest example was calling to find out about pricing for services and being told by a frosty receptionist that she could not tell me nor even give me a range. It was bewildering, especially for such an expensive office. Choose another.

I love this place. I still go here and I love 40 mins away now. But they are getting way too expensive for medicine. Got ear drops and charged me 94 bucks, got the name and found online same one for 30 bucks. That is ridiculous. Love Greentree but might be time to find new vet. They love to price gouge.

We have received such wonderful care for our senior dog here. The vets take their time with their patients and they know our family. Even our dog is happy to go here. I trust them completely!

We have been taking our cats to Greentree for about a year or two now and we're always so happy with the care we receive and with the timeliness of appointments. We're never pushed off several weeks in a somewhat rude way as we were with another very popular animal hospital in this area. We are major fans! Dr. Mastroluca has been our vet and she and the staff are great about following up and questions via email. So glad we switched to Greentree!

When Chopper, our spirited Doberman, gobbled up a box of grandma’s truffles—yes, those kinds of truffles—our hearts stopped. But Green Tree Animal Hospital was there to catch us. A quick call, a rush to their door, and they were all hands on deck. They worked their magic, getting Chopper to bring up those sneaky sweets, and after some hydration and anti-nausea meds, we were out the door, Chopper a bit groggy but safe.This snapshot, taken as we left the vet, says it all: relief, love, and a vet team at Green Tree who turned panic into gratitude. Chopper’s back to his usual antics, and we’ve got a tale to tell about the day our vet truly saved the day.

We are new to Greentree, and we are already SUPER FANS. Our veterinarian, Nicole, was just incredible. She was kind and patient with our pup, Ruby. For the first time in a long time (we switched from VCA in West Seattle), we didn’t feel rushed and pressured at the vet. The entire staff was friendly and the facility were so clean and cozy. We are so grateful we found Greentree!
