I don’t know a whole lot about a good haircut but I followed some of their suggestions and later on got some unexpected compliments for my hair so I would say they did a great job! It was a simple style though, nothing fancy so I can’t comment on anything like that. Personally… I’m not a huge fan that a shampoo costs an extra $15 (was notified after it was requested by me and before I was charged) but since I specifically requested it I appreciate that they were honest and upfront about the pricing rather than hiding it in the price later.

I’ve been going to this great clips for a solid 4-5 years now. The staff is always very friendly and it’s always an easy-going experience. Checking in on the app ahead of time is a really nice feature too. Definitely recommend for anyone in the area needing a cut!

Generally a decent place, and I have been more or less happy. The experience today was weird to say the least. First off, being the first customer of the day, I was led to a dirty chair, and I requested a brush or something to dust it off. The lady made it sound like I was calling a clean station dirty and made a fuss about using lysol to clean it up. She then went on to give me a subpar haircut (there was something weird about the way she did it, almost felt like she did not want to be a hair dresser). Eventually, when she offered me a dirty comb to comb my hair (others at the same location have helped style themselves), I politely refused and decided to just comb through with fingers to style my hair. She then made another fuss around not having me touch the card reader machine (this part, believe it or not, made my life easier). Overall, something weird about this person that made me very uneasy. I can only hope I find the more saner folks next time.

I am not one to make bad reviews to often cause I like to up lift people,however I went for a haircut last week and I told the stylist to not touch the top of my hair when she was cutting it,she definitely didn’t listen and now I have a VERY uneven haircut. I also asked for a 0 fade and didn’t receive that either. I will not be returning to this location at all. I spent $31 and left unhappy. Plus during the haircut she kept asking me the same questions and repeating herself…not that that’s a bad thing but it was my experience ??♂️

The worst haircut I've ever seen in my life. I am so sorry I went. Anyone who cares about their hair should not get a haircut here. It's a simple haircut, the ends of my hair are not even equal. They charged me $26 for a haircut and didn't even look at me when I left because I tipped them $2. I gave her even $2 reluctantly. Why are you in business if you don't provide good service?

Nothing is more frustrating than waiting a year for a haircut, finally finding someone to watch my baby, and then having the hairstylist ruin my hair. ? my bangs are two different lengths and cut poorly with long pieces poking through. The overall cut is choppy with no shape. I felt rushed, and my stylist seemed stressed. I've been crying all morning and regret going.

Used to live in this area so went regularly for a cut. Moved and visited other G.C.'s, but never as good, so went back. Glad I did and well worth the travel time. First good cut I've gotten in months. Thank you.

This salon is beyond disappointing. My teenage son came in on his own for the first time. He got a VERY basic cut, almost a buzz, and was charged a full $26 price. The worst part is when he went to pay he was only given 3 options for the tip: $5, $10 or $15. Really? $15 tip for a $26 haircut?? Is that Great Clips idea for making it "great"?
