Arrived at 6:52pm and they didn’t want to accept the 1 box of clothes I had despite sign indicating open until 7pm. Not a lot of goodwill from that team

Took some items to the Goodwill in Ravenna and got turned away, because the items were worn not damaged or torn but used. This place is not helping the needy anymore its about profit. We will be giving to other organizations from here on in.

Guy that runs this place has a serious attitude problem. Just look at the other comments, it apparently happens a lot. Surprised a company like Goodwill would employ someone so unhinged. If you hate your job, find another one dude. No one needs the unnecessary attitude.

I go here because it’s convenient. Sometimes there’s workers that rudely yell at you and tap on your car, which is unnecessary. I’ve never experienced them stay open until 6pm. Just make the hours consistently accurate please. As far as I know they’ve always closed at 3. Oh and since when did you start turning away perfectly good furniture?
