06/05/23: we came in to fix my iPhone and the serviceman was great. He helped us to fix the screen and replaced the battery. The phone did not work afterward but his efforts are invaluable.Unfortunately, his parts did not fit my phone so I have to discard them

I would advise caution when doing business at this establishment. The person handling transactions has been known to give incorrect change and may deny it until confronted with a receipt. This has happened on multiple occasions and it is suggested that you count your change and hold onto your receipts to avoid any discrepancies... It would be greatly appreciated if the person handling transactions was more transparent and honest about any shortages in coinage. Overall, it is important to be mindful of the change you receive and keep your receipts for reference...

I've brought my phones here to get repaired twice and none of them came out successful. The empty promises they give you saying your phone will be "good as new" is a lie. Do not believe this place, and steer clear from coming here because YOU will get ripped off. Save your money and time.

Got my iPhone here about 5 months ago, the screen stop working, first I was very disappoint, brought it back to the store, they checked my phone and told me there's no sign of drop or water damage, so they changed a brand new screen for free, it's a fast instore warranty, no appointment or waiting time need, thank you so much.

Purchased a phone from here for my grandpa and there have been problems with it since day 1. We finally come back into the store to ask for help or a refund and they tell us there's water damage in the phone and they will not offer any refund.We tried to fix this phone with restarts, altering settings, etc for TWO WEEKS and came into this store 4+ times. Yet they tell us that WE are the ones that broke their phone that has literally never worked. So not only have I wasted my hard earned money, my time, my grandpa's time (DURING A PANDEMIC), a bunch of unnecessary stress, and now they accuse my grandpa of lying when they sold us a faulty product??My dad posted about our situation on a Vietnamese forum, come to find out multiple people have had similar problems with the exact same store.Plus, if their phones are brand new like they advertise them as, why is the box that comes with the phone the wrong box and why do they offer $5 if you return the box? My guess? To continue to scam unknowing, hard working, Vietnamese people.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THIS SCAM OF A BUSINESS!Tiệm này láy tiền, bán điện thoại hư, và lừa đảo người Việt.
