Their stuff gets the job done, but the old guy there was very unfriendly and unhelpful. It was my first time renting, and I wasn't familiar with their usual operations. Obviously I had questions/concerns but the guy made me feel like I was annoying him just by breathing. Everyone else in the shop seemed very nice. I wish I could've been handled by them instead. Most likely won't be back solely due to the customer service.

Staff is friendly and helpful. The renting process is quick and relatively easy. And the prices are very competitive with the alternative online options for rentals

Had a fairly seamless experience here. Unlike most rental facilities, the staff were reasonably friendly and happy to help explain things. Pricing was decent there hours were good. Yo, I’d probably return.

Looking for a place to spend $2,500, get defective products, and then experience arrogant, unknowledgeable staff who make no effort to fix the problem they sold you ..., then Glazer's is your store. Having shopped frequently at B&H in New York, Samy's in LA and many other top camera equipment locations, I mistakingly thought Glazers would also have skilled and helpful camera and video people. Nope. Walk into the store 2 weeks after you drop a few $1000, and you're no longer of interest to them, and they cut a solid "fu" attitude, and let you know nothing they sold you is their problem anymore. Everything they sell can be purchased at better stores for the same price or lower, and those other stores and companies and staff stand behind the products they sell, and try to solve problems. Or, get guaranteed returns on Amazon and you don't have to deal with Glazer's arrogant salespeople. I will never step in this dump again.

I initially had a good experience with the guy at the front desk who was very patient and great at explaining their customer service. When the camera lens was returned, they tried to say that we didn't return the camera hood, when they never gave us a camera hood in the first place. They later found it at their store, separated from the camera. When I tried to call in the get the issue fixed, the staff hung up on me. I had a good experience checking the lens, but be careful of double checking everything and they may hang up on you.

Disrespectful staff loses you business. I called to inquire about lens inventory before making my first rental and after my interaction over the phone I have opted for online rentals instead. You do have a monopoly on the Seattle market so do as you please I guess.

BE CAREFUL! Dennis Little PHYSICALLY threatened us, came in close proximity with us banged the tables and physically tried to remove us from the store because THEY forgot to add a profoto remote to our order and are now blaming it on us! You can potentially get attacked here!We spent over $5k in rentals and this what we got!

I rent out lenses pretty often as a test run prior to investment. Glazer’s offers a reasonable price even for extended rentals.

That flag tells me all I need to know about this store. I'm not supporting a business with that kind of ideology.

Rude staff, overpriced, and they charge you $50 late fee for being an couple hours late on a week-long rental. Avoid if you can.

I have used Glazer's to rent audio equipment for work done at trade shows and generally, they've been ok, but lately it seems the customer service has gotten worse. This last time I was in the staff was rude and they charged a $50 late fee for being two hours late on an 8 day rental (after getting back really late from a show the day before). This has never happened before and makes me wonder if they're nickel-diming to make up for slow business. Definitely plan to take business elsewhere.

The check in and checkout was efficient. The collection of the camera and other gear is phenomenal. The one day pricing for the weekend is perfect for casual photographers. Parking is tricky and if street parking occupied the nearby paid parking is expensive for a 5 min drop off or pickup.
