Extremely helpful stuff. They did their work perfectly and I would come back to them again for any future repairs. They are definitely a bit under staffed and busy but that’s every shop in Seattle right now so don’t let those negative reviews scare you away from this place!

Negative 1000 stars. Kept my car way longer than I was told it would be. My car was stolen from while in your care and getting you to pay for it was like pulling teeth. Just got a call from collections because the car got a parking ticket during the 3 months it was in your care. The ticket was for an address down the street from the shop. I was never informed of this and just had to pay $90 after already dealing with such a nightmare from you.

I was referred to Gerber by my insurance company. Took the car in for an estimate. The estimator forgot to forward the estimate to USAA so I wasted a week waiting until I checked. He also said he'd tape up my broken taillight before I left but he forgot to do that as well.Next, I needed to make my appointment to get the work done and ask a couple of questions. Sent an email first. Never was answered. Called and talked to the reception two times in one day. She never got back to me. Then I talked to another estimator who told me that the GM would call me to get things figured out. That was three days ago. He never called either.So basically, they dropped the ball at every possible opportunity to drop the ball. I've requested USAA to cancel the check that was sent to Gerber. I'll get the work done somewhere else.

I had work done in March of 23. They did not complete the repair, and they left out the foam element in my bumper and when I got my car back there was more damage from being with them. After almost a full year of contacting them to resolve the issues they still have not gotten back to me. Incredible.

Gerber is amazing. They came and fixed my broken window on-site the next day after it was smashed in. The entire team and process was amazing and couldn't have been easier. I will always go to Gerber now.

Friendly and helpful staff. Fit us in the schedule when there was an opening so we could accelerate the repair (most places in Seattle were booked out months). Repair was quick and high quality. They keep you informed on progress throughout. Staff coordinated with Enterprise to arrange rental car drop-off/pickup right at the shop so I didn't have to go somewhere else.About the only annoyance is there's a lot of construction nearby and the road has lots of potholes. Hard to navigate through and the dirty pothole puddles ruined the nice car wash Gerber gave me after the repair ? This is all out of Gerber's control though. Everything they did was great.
