I replaced the entire keyboard board on my laptop, and they not only gave me a professional explanation of what was wrong, but they also checked the entire circuit board and cleaned my microphone and other dust spots. They also helped me to keep the original keyboard board, if any of the keys out of the problem can be replaced at any time. What's more, they gave me a free six-month warranty. Very good service, very professional and attentive, very reasonable price.

Such a great experience! My phone screen was broken and I was able to stop by and get it fixed all within one hour with a great price. The place is very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Happy I came here!

I brought my phone in for an issue with the charging port, and he fixed it and didn't charge me anything, so I bought something and he gave me a discount on it. Amazing, personal service!

I came in with a monitor that wouldn't turn on. The team at Gadget Rehab took me through their diagnostic plans and let me know they'd get back to me with options for repair. Ultimately, the monitor's age and condition didn't warrant the cost for replacement parts and repairs. Gadget Rehab helped me recycle the device and was understanding with my decision not to move forward with repairs. I appreciated their professionalism and responsiveness throughout and will definitely look to them for future repairs.

Over the past five years, I've come to this shop several times because their service is quick and their prices are reasonable. The guys who run the business have helped me with everything from fixing a problem with my Ipad to ordering and replacing keyboard keys for me. I appreciate that they look for ways to save me time/money before making a recommendation. Support this local business! They do good work for a fair price. How refreshing!

Very helpful, friendly, and quick service. My son's iphone had a broken screen, which caused it to not work properly. They were able to fix it and had his phone working properly in no time.

This place is great! My phone wasn't charging properly, so I took it in, and the extremely kind and professional worker there at the shop was able to clean out my charging port, to where it works just fine again. And they did not charge me this, at all!!! That is fine customer service, and great technical service. It's great to see independent shops like this one still going strong. Great place. Thanks again!

Stopped in to see if they had a phone case to buy for a new phone that I just bought because I knew it would not be long before I ended up dropping and breaking and unfortunately they did not have one for my exact model phone and asked if they had one that might fit good enough to get by until I could get the correct one.He not only found one that almost fit perfectly he even was kind enough to give it to me at no charge.The customer service was awesome and can really tell that they care about there customer.Not often you find people like this,I will definitely go back and see them again

I dropped by after dropping my android once too often and the screen went dark; Joshua took a look at it, said he could fix it, and 3 hours later my phone was like new again with a new LCD display, priced at about $230 including tax; a great price and a much needed service delivered at lightening speed with a friendly welcoming attitude; I'm delighted and intend to go back every time I have a gadget that needs repair! ?????

Free diagnostic test is listed on their website but I was charged for one because I had an attitude with them for not clearly communicating with me. Most of their negative comments have the same issue with these folks about communication and professionalism. You can see from the way they even respond to people with negative experiences. I don’t think if I was a different race/gender, they would have even tried to do something like this!!

Worst service and customer service experience!!!!I recently had my ipad stop charging (probably b/c I was using a bootleg charger) and I went to apple store to get it checked out. They said I most likely need to get my charging portal changed because the ipad was charging with their wireless charger. But they said the wireless charger was over $300 and getting the portal changed was a cheaper option.I come to this place letting them know the issue and how urgently I need the ipad for an exam I have coming up. The guy says we will open it up, diagnose it for FREE and then call and tell you what the problem is and how much it would cost by today or tomorrow.Three days go by and I still don’t hear from them. I called a couple times and it went straight to voicemail. When I finally get the owner on the phone, he lets me know that it's not a charging issue and that they may need a few weeks to diagnose it. I said I need it sooner than that so I will just come pick it up today or tomorrow and he says okay. I come within 15-30 minutes to pick it up and he says “did you want it the way it is?” (meaning not put together). I said no, I want it the way I gave to you and he says well that will take a few hours. I said why I wouldn't communicate that on the ipad when I said I was coming in and instead of apologizing, he said I didn’t think you would come in right this second.I come the next morning to get it and there is another person. He says I owe $38 for the diagnosis (which was supposed to be “free”) and that they didn’t even figure out. I ask him what it was and he doesn’t know so he goes in the back to call the tech. I can clearly hear them on the phone and he is confused about what the diagnosis was because they are going back and forth. He comes back out and says the issue was with the “motherboard” and wants me to pay for that “diagnosis”. He basically is now saying I am crazy to assume the diagnosis was actually free if I didn’t accept their service when they don’t actually know what is wrong or how to fix it. I was clear I needed the ipad within days and if was going to take weeks, they should assume I would rather buy a wireless charger.Anyways, the bottom line is, no one knows how to communicate clearly with you, nor take any responsibility for their actions. They probably only have good reviews for basic work like changing a screen.
