Definitely friendly. Even though I only came in for a small scrap piece I was treated as well as someone who was placing a big order.Keenan really took care of me. Special attention, custom cuts with no sort of attitude or annoyance for taking up that much time with my pitifully small purchase. Just treated me very well.

Excellent customer service! We used them several years before and are still very satisfied with the replacement foam in our couch cushions. It's held up extremely well. Its time to fix up our dining room chairs. Looking forward to the improved comfort of new foam and upholstery.

Keenan was a fantastic partner to work with during the long process of getting our seat cushions made for our home. He was very patient with us during the entire process, and would always follow up with us on new ideas he had come up with since talking to us last. He talked us through the technical details of picking out the exact foam that we would want, and was great about tracking all the details of a large project. He was a wonderful person to work with and we couldn’t be happier with our final result.

This is the best kept secret on the Eastside. I've needed several foam products over the past 7 years (normal bed wedges, a special angled leg wedge, special seat cushions) and both ****** and **** have gone to great lengths to help. And, thankfully, they never do any kind of hard sell at all: just the facts and descriptions of what they have and can order. They've special-ordered and special-cut whatever I've needed. I've recommended this shop to so many people that I thought I'd write something more formal here.

Went to the Bellevue location today around 11:50am I was sitting in the my vehicle no longer than 2min on the phone with my sick grandfather about a mattress I was about to purchase for him and some guy with a long ponytail comes out the store bangs on my driver side window and told me to move my car!! i informed him that I was there to buy a mattress and he told me to move my car because it was customer parking. this guy was very angry and aggressive!! I will never come to that store a day in my life to buy anything!! worse experience ever and the company should be ashamed to hire someone like that. Bad customer service and we don’t want people like him in our community!!

Friendly Foam- really it's all in the name! Friendly: all the folks that work here are knowledgeable and you guessed it.... Friendly! Foam: They always have just to option I need, from crash pads when my daughter started climbing, to shredded foam for that pottery barn beam bag you just bought? THEY GOT DAT FOAM! Super cool Japanese Jizos as well!

Matt was super helpful. Helped us choose exactly what we were looking for. Pretty fair prices, keep in mind they are higher priced than online but the quality is much higher as well. We tried a few "firm" options online that would flatten when laid on.

My custom sofa from Couch (in Ballard) is seven years old and i ordered it with soft foam seat cushions which was a mistake on my part that, after seven years, I decided to fix. The first place I called quoted me $800 plus tax. No way could I afford that. I thought I'd probably be able to do it myself if I knew how. I watched a few YouTube clips and it didn't look hard. So I ordered foam from an online shop and tried to do it myself. YouTube lied. It was not easy at all! I gave up before I damaged the foam. It sat in my closet for four months until it occurred to me that there were other upholstery places I could call. The next one I reach out to quoted me a price of $75 per cushion (using my foam) which felt like a deal. But they also told me about Friendly Foam Shop and said the could probably do it faster and for a lot cheaper. They were right. I called FFS on a Friday, brought them my cushions and foam the next day (Saturday), and had my completely redone cushions on Tuesday morning. All for less than $80 (including tax). They did an amazing job and I love they way my cushions feel. My couch looks brand new again.
