I moved to Seattle from Tennessee. This laundry center is very clean and the machines are very well maintained and fairly priced compared to other laundry mats I've been to in the Seattle area. The customer service is top notch. Very helpful, kind, and professional. Jeremy went above and beyond his job and not only assisted me but helped navigate me to some other incredible places.

Couple of the machines are broken but prices are good, no obvious bathrooms but detergent and softener are cheap and the attendant is super sweet. Actually enjoyed doing laundry today. ?

I brought my clothes here and laundered them myself. One of the driers left some of my clothes with a burnt smell even though it has been several washes later. The machines are rather old compared to a lot of other laundry services here. These machines are about the same price as any other location. The only real perk about this place is that it's close to a few bars, if you want to drink two birds with one stone(ware mug).

This place is authentic. It is what it says it is. No frills, at all. Maybe it's a little pricey, but this is Seattle, yo. There aren't many places left that use quarters. That's kind of fun. The place is old and sometimes the machines don't work the way you'd expect. But that's cool because the staff will just hook you up with another machine. No frills here. And that's fine by me.

Pretty clean place but you can tell is really old. I used to go to this place when I belonged to the compass Center across the street, In the old red church Maybe around 15 years ago? ? It didn’t used to be a washed and folded the price was alot cheaper. The hours keep changing since I been back. It should say Monday through Sunday, but it says Sunday Friday Last wash 3 PM. I hope its not open only two days a week been waiting an hour now, got here at 10! It’s now 11 am ##%%¥

Hours are 9 AM to 8 PM but you have to arrive before 6 PM or they won't let you in. This is, I think, because after 7 PM they need to clean up (remove the lint from every dryer, mop the floors, etc), so they need you to be done with your laundry shortly after 7 PM. I used the machines for the 1st time last weekend. One load costs $3.75 in quarters (there's a change machine). There are two smaller machines that cost less ($3.25). One dose of detergent costs $1 and is dispensed by a vending machine. The dryers cost 25 cents for every 5 minutes. The facilities are sort of oldish but they're clean enough. There's no bathroom for customers. The staff members are friendly and helpful. Safe location, with a friendly coffee shop across the street.

Refused service because there wasn't a generous buffer on top of the time needed to cycle a small/fast load - can't say that their cutoff policy works for me. Otherwise seemed okay at a glance.
