I travel to Seattle quite often and I use this pharmacy exclusively because the staff is exceptional. I prefer Kroger family pharmacies because their employees always go above & beyond, are kind and compassionate.
Leoni, Maribon Nazifa, Vianca, Nina, & Heather (the pharmacists & assistants at this location) are superb!! Besides being thoughtful & with demeanors that immediately put their many customers at ease, I'm always surprised, even shocked, at how fast they are! They are easily one of the busiest pharmacies in the city.
Thank you to each of them & a previous employee named Gheath who was also terrific. Stupendous service & each of the six current employees (named above) are highly skilled in every way!

Nina is the most disrespectful pharmacy tech I’ve ever encountered. Extremely snarky and could care less what questions you have or helping resolve an issue

I have been trying to get my prescriptions here this last 2 months and every time there's a problem. Even though I had all of my prescriptions transferred several times from my doctors, they were always missing the next one I needed and I would end up waiting days and missing doses during that time. Now I have an antibiotic I've been waiting for for 3 days and even though my doctor told me it was waiting in their their voicemail they still haven't processed it and when I called the Hispanic woman on the phone was rude and just said she didn't see any prescriptions for me even though I told her it had apparently been waiting in their voicemail for days. Can't wait to move and never have to use this place again.

Let me tell you about Lamont, not only did he help us as an employee...he became a friend. Excellent customer service! We were looking for patches to patch up our inner tubes and he went above and beyond to not only find it but he found us while we were shopping. We appreciate you, thank you for your help!

The Shoreline Fred Meyer is overall pretty good but here I really want to recognize and commend the pharmacy there. In my many years as a customer, their professionalism, efficiency and people-oriented service has kept me coming back despite it not being the closest to my home. A couple of weeks ago, I needed to fill new prescriptions for my husband following day surgery. Once he was settled at home I realized that I barely had enough time to make it to the pharmacy before closing time. The prospect of waiting overnight without his medications for pain, etc. was devastating; in a panic I called the pharmacy. Most pharmacies don't have the time or staff to listen thoughtfully and make the best efforts to help when calls like mine come in right before closing but the SL pharmacist and staff were wonderful. I can't thank them enough--

I just had a frustrating experience here. Two cashiers were open, long lines for both. We all stood in line for a long time, finally two more Cashiers opened up and took the customers at the end of both lines, and new customers, so I was basically in line checking out for approximately 30 minutes. That's absurd because at that point there was only one woman in front of me. By the time I left both long lines around me had already cleared out and those cashiers had closed those registers again. It should not be that difficult to check out. Elderly and disabled people cannot easily use self check out. At a minimum if you open more Lanes take the people who have been waiting the longest not new customers just showing up or the last one in line it doesn't take that much effort to do the right thing.

I don't know if there is a national competition for slowest cashiers in America, but if so I would like to personally sponsor a team from this store because it is the closest thing to a guaranteed win I could ever bet on. In fact, they could rival the Yankees for greatest dynasty in sports if slow bagging ever becomes a sport. Shopping (getting everything in your cart you want to buy) at this store is pretty quick and easy, and their selection is pretty good. But then you start waiting in line to check out, and your entire life changes. You start wondering what day it is. Didn't I shave today?? Why do a have a full Ted Kazinsky beard now? Did that conveyor belt just move backwards? Is that cashier taking things out of bags or putting them in? I can't tell! Have I had a birthday since I've been in here? One birthday or two?? When did I last see my wife and kid? Am I still even married? I hope she remarried someone who treats her well. Do I still have a job? Surely my PTO ran out and I've been fired by now, right? What life even exists for me now outside those sliding doors?!?Sarcasm aside, I honestly 100% have never seen a store with cashiers this slow, and it's ALL OF THEM. Every time I shop here I go to a line with a cashier I've never had and I think, "Surely they can't be slower than the last one." But EVERY SINGLE TIME they are. This last paragraph is 100% true and I am in complete awe of this reality. Shop here if you want good selection, but only if you have no plans for the rest of your day...or week...or life.

It's a strange experience to shop here every time, just due to the customers. You never know what you're going to experience. But that being said, it's a solid Fred Meyer. Prices are affordable and they have everything that you could need. Staff are really friendly. It's often packed with customers and can be a little overwhelming. I also don't love the layout, with it being two floors and the only way up is the elevator.

This store has definitely gone downhill.... I have been shopping here for years and have watched and witnessed the decline starting with the rearrangement of products, especially the produce department while freshness has mostly gone out the window. Supply is an issue on products that I can easily find at other stores. Center isles are narrower...hard for carts to pass easily. I consistently witness shoplifting from the homeless that bombard the area with not a care from the security guard who stands at the door doing I don't know what. I questioned him with him saying he can't do anything. I use self checkout even with a cart full... it's way quicker than most cashiers. If it wasn't for fuel points I absolutely would no longer shop here and am wondering how worth that decision is
