Lovely chocolatier in University Village. Staff were friendly and helpful, and offered us a tasty sample that led to us buying a box of chocolates. They have an espresso machine but we were still full from breakfast so no chance to comment on that - maybe next time! The lacquer gift boxes were very cute.

Outstanding service by two representatives Patrice and Brianna who kept me in good humor while they helped me hunt down a very important gift. Beautiful venue and an opportunity to see Chocolate being made through the back windows into the factory area.

Fran's historically has had amazing customer service, however the last three times have been terrible. One newer, younger employee has unfortunately been to blame.The last time I was so offended by her attitude, I turned around and left. I have had multiple negative encounters with this young woman and I encourage the management to hold their staff to higher standards.

Visited the store today but the staff who helped me was a bit unfriendly and impatient. I thanked her several times for helping with my order, she didn’t even care to respond.

Got a nice hot latte on a cold day and it came with a really tasty salted caramel, which was just divine. Very pleased.

I lost my voice for 4 days and it wasn't really getting better. But then I tried Daisy's hot chocolate and it cured it somehow!? This stuff is like literal magic. I'd give 10 stars if I could. No, I'm not high and no, this isn't fake. I'm definitely coming back.

My husband and I took our 3 granddaughters to the Pacific Science Center. We visited the dinosaurs and then went to see 'Wonka' in the iMax Theater. On the way home, Mike stopped at University Village for a surprise visit to Fran's, which seemed appropriate after seeing all the chocolates in the movie. One of the granddaughters had a difficult time deciding which one to choose, so Carina let the three girls and us sample the sea salt caramels, and that helped the youngest to decide. Carina was patient and gracious, and she was a great ambassador for Fran's.

Horrible service. Ordered mocha and it took them 20min to get that ready… my dog and friend waiting outside almost got frozen. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here for a quick coffee stop.
