With wait times as long as they have, they should probably invest in building a virtual queue like many other urgent care providers offer. Erratic hours due to “staffing issues” leads to unpredictability of service availability as well. I’d suggest looking elsewhere for a more reliable urgent care provider.

I came here twice on July 4 wknd. Was seen promptly, in and out in less than an hour. Very knowledgeable staff from the intake, nurse and doctor. Will definitely be making this my first stop for urgent care

Horrible experience! Walked in full asthma attack but got turned away because there registration was at full capacity. Never have I ever been turned away when I'm having a bad asthma attack.
