This is a decent apartment complex, but there are quite a few issues.First, they have recently gone through a transition of managment. The new manager is never in office & you cannot get ahold of her by phone or email. You ALWAYS have to go above her and contact a higher-up at the company to get anything done. I understand that she is managing multiple apartment sites, but if you have to contact someone else for everything, what is the point of having a manager that is never available?Maintenance is ok, but it's all done by one guy. If you have an emergency, especially on a weekend, holiday, or after "office hours", forget it. You'll be paying out of pocket for help and to get the problem fixed. The management companies emergency line does not help with issues as it is all up to the single, separate Maintenace person. The property itself was once nice, but has really fallen into disrepair and it's become pretty disgusting. The mailboxes are directly by the garbage bins, which are only emptied twice a month. There is SO MUCH TRASH it is overflowing into the parking and into the area where the mailboxes are. The elevator is really dirty and smells. The stars on this review are for the apartments themselves. They are decent and livable. There's a few problems, as the dishwashers are so small you cannot wash much at a time, and they don't work extremely well. The heaters are old and need replaced. The apartments are also not well insulated, so there is a constant draft no matter what.

We have loved living here for years. Our friends and family describe our apartment at Four Seasons like a cozy treehouse on the bay. Management has always been friendly and responsive and the maintenance folks have been true heroes for us! So grateful for Four Seasons.

Just visiting. Very botanical neighborhood. Views of water, bridges. Concrete walls so cannot hang art much. Bathroom small but okay, bedroom, kitchen and living room reasonable sized. Lovely wall of windows, patio. No traffic noise indoors.Long-walk-able to UW, or the Arboretum.

I lived here for 4 years. Not a terrible place but not great either, saw quite a few rats around the property but never in my apartment. They did screw me on my last months rent though. I moved out on the 18th and they charged me for a full month. Despite frequent contact they refused to prorate the last months rent. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place and the place next door which are run by the same company.

Apartment complex is well maintained. Designated parking spots available for a monthly fee but there is plenty of street parking available. Coin operated/shared laundry machines for a every floor. Pet policy is "Cats Welcome" but have seen 2 different dogs living in the building. Most neighbors are pretty quiet and keep to themselves. The walls are decently thick where you can't hear much except for front doors opening/closing and the occasional steps from the unit above you. The building has a view of the water but the toll bridge is an eye sore. A lot of the trees near the water are deciduous so the water is more visible during the water. The majority of the year you can't see much as the trees are full of leaves. As for the inside of the units, they are decent. A lot of packages get delivered to front doors and from my experience they don't get stolen. Some packages used to get delivered to the locked laundry room where people could swing by when they could to get their packages. Now, the packages that would be left in the laundry room must be left with the leasing office. So the manager will call you to notify you of your packages except for when she forgets to do so. You have 2 business days to pick it up within their hours of 8:30 to 5:30 p.m Monday - Friday. This can be a problem if you often work during these hours and can't always come home early just to get a package. Other than that, renting here is good.

Great apartments and the staff is always very helpful! Eva, who works in the office is especially helpful and accommodating - processing requests quickly and works with tenants to solve problems. Great place to live!
