We have been patients here since 2017 and have had 3 dogs recieve care from Dr. Hoffman, Dr. Libby and Dr. Miller. Everyone from the receptionists to the techs and vets are extremely professional, caring and compassionate. We are always able to get appointments scheduled, timely responses and refills. Dr. Miller is very thorough and takes a lot of time to make our behaviorally challenging dog comfortable and always follows up with detailed explanations and resources for us to read up on.

Everyone at Four Paws, without fail, makes us feel comfortable, understood and supported. Routine or urgent care, and long term elderly pet support, they’ve always made us feel valued and heard, and we appreciate them so much.
It’s great that all procedures are done with us in the room, and every visit is supported with really stellar follow-up communications.

I LOVE this place SO MUCH. We have been customers since 2018 and I drive all the way from Federal Way after moving to bring my dogs (who require a fair amount of follow up as they are older and one of them has a renal failure diagnosis). Dr. Miller is one of a kind- she is authentic, knows her stuff, considers our fur-babies and us as pet-parents when providing treatment options. She is so caring and it shows! The rest of the staff is fantastic, too... the lab techs and front dest staff are amazing, kind, and responsive. This place feels like a family that truly loves the animals and people they serve. Oh, and I get my dog's dental work here as well, it has been fantastic, too (especially because my renal failure baby girl has special needs with anesthesia as does my older dog who has not tolerated it well in the past, and they made sure dose the medications for decreased side effects).
Bravo Four Paws!!!

We have been using four paws since 2019, and our dog gets the best care. The techs are some of the nicest I have ever met!

We absolutely LOVE the staff and vets at Four Paws! So thankful to live just blocks away from them. We are long-time patrons taking both our Boston Terrier and (now) our Rescue Pitty to them for kind, loving, and fantastic care!

When we moved to Seattle 18 years ago, we had to find a veterinary clinic that had excellent staff, from front office to techs to vets and surgeons. Third try was for the win- Four Paws. We have trusted our pets' care to Four Paws for 16 years and have received excellent care throughout. Sometimes the bills were negligible, other times expensive. That's life. Staff has changed over the years but the caliber of treatment has remained steady. A+++

Four Paws is our family’s vet for all our animals. Very compassionate and rigorous care. The front desk is very kind and helpful. Nothing more stressful than worrying about your animal and their well being. Four Paws gets that.

They do well when available. I'm to understand qualified staffing is challenging during/post COVID.

Q Question with answer? Right out of a movie: the Receptionist said: as I paid my bill in full. 23 or $20 for a nail trim :$23.00 for an anal gland cleaning::$46.00. The owner raised the prices for this procedures.. {{"No one died today at the veterinary hospital"}} today. Stated the Receptionist. That's right. No one died.!!! My dog is terribly scared of getting his nails trimmed. The staff Vet Techs were rough., One tech to hold my dog. As my dog cried &!yelped.,Another vet tech to trim his nails. I reacted: I told them to stop hurting my dog. The staff tech person said: threatening "would you like us to halt this procedure;" NO-- almost done.,My dog needed his nails trimmed & his anal gland cleaned. Because, I tried to get the techs to be less rough I said something not appropriate. Right out of the Theater of Absurdity. I got chastised by the owner of the Veterinarian Hospital. Naturally, the owner would side with her staff.,It's alright to hurt a dog. It's alright to be disrespectful to a dog owner. I would have been grief stricken if my dog died getting his nails trimmed. Getting his anal gland cleaned; hurts. The Gal tech vet was gentle after my protest of their roughness getting my dog nail treatment., Previously, the guys & the Veterinary have shown loving kindness towards my dog. I love Doctor Miller & Doctor Kline & the Randy. Randy used to be a vet tech for Rainier Beach Vet Hospital previously owned by Dr Douglas Young who sold the Rainier Veterinary Hospital. It was sliding scale. The staff were Ethnically diverse. Dr Douglas Young died of cancer. The new owners were for profit only. They over medicated dogs & cats. I changed Veterinarians Clinics moving to Four Paws Veterinary Hospital. It's about trust. Trusting the Vet Techs to not harm or hurt or over medicate your family member. My sweet beloved dog or my independent beloved cat., Trusting the knowledgeable Veterinary to do the very best to care for us. We were lucky; today. We both got to come home. We got lucky & blessed. Cause I have seen pet owners struggling to pay their vet bill. Vet Receptionist not being so understanding., I truly learned my lesson. Next time the vet tech are being rough., I will ask them quietly & more directly to stop hurting my dog. I will not try to defend him or make an inappropriate comment. For they could really harm my dog further. Or have me arrested. Even though I did ask nicely. I got threatened to have the nail trim treatment halted., my dog is sensitive to having his feet touched. I am sorry. Truly sorry. The owner was right to defend her workers., & to chastised a senior citizen with a disability was truly memorable. Cause neither I nor my dog had any rights. We had the right to survive & the blessings & very best luck to come home., Thank you Owner of Four Paws you got me thinking of all the previous times I have been at your clinic. I am grateful for your right to chastise & belittle me for my inappropriate behavior. Wanting to stop my dog from being harmed or hurt. Bravo owner of Four Paws Veterinary Hospital. Blessings to all the Mistresses & Care Givers of dogs, cats & other critters who bravely take their dog & cats or go to the doctors themselves for positive resolutions & merciful outcomes.,Watch yourself; when, you go to those places., Remember to be nice. Even if they aren't. My dog got his nails trimmed & anal gland cleaned. Save your breath; Margie Sutter. We got to see the hawk being chastised by the three crows over head in the sky. The crows were ganging up on the Hawk. All of you:: The Four Paws Vet Hospitals has up to this point been wonderful. Encountering the owner of the Four Paws Vet Hospital defending her staff was discouraging. Rightly so. I & my dog had no rights at all. Good to realize this.,. pay your bill get out of there alive.

If you are lucky enough to be one of their patients they will take great care pf your pet. Our dog sprained his leg being an absolute bonehead and they got us in to see someone same day and started the course of treatment immediately. Very friendly front desk folks and vet techs. Dr's are great too.
