We have our home and auto with Forrest’s office and have always been very pleased with the service. We work closely with Madison and she has always been helpful with anything we need. We prefer to work by e-mail and she always responds in a thoughtful and timely manner. Thank you Madison and team!

I had a bad experience with the claims department of State Farm. Was involved in a collision on Monday aafternoon aand reported this to State Fam claims and issued with a claim # I sent phtos and a decsription to the claims email and three times it bounces back that the claim # was invalid. I called the claims department again on Wednesday as had not heard back and was told that I nor my wife not my vechicle vin # nor other policies exist in the system, even after spelling our names letter buy letter, and my insurance could be fake and I should reach out to my agent. I obviously knew that this was not so as I have all my insurance with Forrest for over 15 years now. I therefore called Dorrest Dawson's agent office and Madison helped me connect to the right person at the claims department.
So even though I give a 0 or 1 starr toi the State Farms Claims department- I give a fivve star to the agent. Thank you Madison

I have always had great experiences and have called/emailed with the local Forrest Dawson staff on many occasions with novice questions and requests for clarifications. I always get a prompt reply and frequently also occasionally get good advice. It’s very nice being able to trust your insurance person. Thank you very much. Our insurance needs are or have been: cars, trucks, jeeps, trailers, boats, life insurance, and renters insurance.

Forrest and his entire team are nothing short of amazing! I’ve been with them for over ten years, and I honestly don’t think I will ever leave. The level of commitment to assisting customers is impeccable! How they make you feel as if you are the only customer they have is amazing. Forrest calls you personally when there is a policy change or update. He and his team make sure you understand everything with your policy and allow you to ask any and all questions needed. You won’t find a more knowledgeable and friendly team as this. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. If you are looking for an insurance agent, look no further!
