The women at Seattle flower lab were super easy to work with and of the few florists that I spoke with, They really understood our vision. I’m definitely one of those type a, detail oriented, control freak kind of planners, and they seemed to really understand what I was going for. They added their own artistic flair to our florals for our wedding and they turned out so beautifully. Thank you so much for helping to make our dream a beautiful reality.

Rebekah designed the most phenomenal floral experience for our wedding at the Seattle Asian Art Museum a few weeks ago! I shared preferences were white/cream with lots of greenery, some structure is nice but wild and loose is my vibe. She captured my vague wants into a really fun yet sophisticated vision. I didn't have a chance to take many photos at the wedding, but here are a couple I took of the arrangements back home the day after. Thank you Rebekah and Flower Lab team, you're all amazing!

I got my wedding flowers from flower lab and they were an absolute dream! Rebekah was delightful to work with. She talked with me about flowers for almost an hour! Everything was delivered to the right place at the right time. The pocket boutonnières were practically bouquets and the bud vase arrangements were darling. I was so obsessed with my bridal bouquet that I brought it on my honeymoon and it lasted several days. Thank you SO MUCH to everyone at the flower lab for bringing my vision to beautiful fruition!

Sadly, this is my first negative review, I usually don't do these, but this one is warranted in every way. A friend of mine lost a close friend so I decided that instead of ordering flowers from a large corporation, that I would instead order locally. Big mistake.
The order process went great, friendly sales associate, the order was placed and I assumed that the arrangement would be delivered. It was delivered, sure, but never received by the intended person. When using the larger corporate company, I usually received a text and phone call that my flowers were delivered. With Flower Lab, I had no idea, I just assumed they would arrive.
When talking to my friend, a month later (because who calls the next day to ask if someone received flowers while grieving), she said she never received her flowers. I called them to let them know, mostly just as an FYI, but also give them an opportunity to make things right. They chose not to do anything, no money refunded, no offer to have a replacement arrangement sent. Very disappointing.
