Came in expecting a typical shoe shopping experience and was completely blown away! Brian walked me through an entire foot measurement process and gave me shoes to try based on the results and the type of running I do. I have never been more confident in the fit of a shoe in my life, and I am so glad to have that confidence going into a several mile long run with them! I am absolutely coming back here for all my running needs, and I am telling all my friends about this store!

Had a great experience at the Ballard Fleet Feet location. I was early for my fitting appointment and was still taken right away to find the right sneaker for my messed up feet. Had amazing service and advice here (as I have had in the past at the Fleet Feet location in Hoboken, NJ). Due to my messed up feet, I am very picky. My go to sneaker brand has been New Balance, but to my surprise I ended up going home with a pair of Saucony sneakers. Both were comfortable and it was hard to chose so I genuinely appreciate the 60 day trail period.

My daughter and I came in yesterday where she got the Fleet Feet foot scan and was properly fitted with some great shoes for workout and everyday use. Nick was so knowledgeable and friendly, and he helped her understand what she needs to look for in a running shoe, given her foot shape and size and her gait. Everyone should learn this stuff --the earlier in life, the better -- to spare yourself some unhappy feet later in life! Go to Fleet Feet Ballard!

The people in the Fleet Feet store tend to be pretty knowledgeable and helpful when looking for a good running shoe. However, it’s common for them to only have 1 or 2 people in the store causing you to have to wait for anyone to help you shop or try on a shoe.
Most of the items in the store are reasonably priced, but not necessarily cheaper than other stores. If you buy anything from the store and make an account with them, you can accrue rewards which will make them cheaper than other stores. However, if you’re like me and spend $435 on shoes and accessories at one time and miss the window for the reward points to be redeemed by 7 days only to be told by a store employee that they “think it’s 6 months” and “don’t have a way to know how many points you would have had”, you’ll go buy your shoes elsewhere.
Oh, and also, if you have an account with them, they’ll sell your information.
