I got my 10 year old rucksack #21 repaired here. They have a tailor on-site for alterations and repairs. They stand by their lifetime repair warranty, and their items are made to last. The staff is cheerful and helpful, and they have a good selection at the store! Worth a visit if you're in the area!

Wife got me a cool T-shirt for Christmas and I promptly ripped it when trying to tear off the tags. She brought it in and the staff offered a replacement (I would have been happy with a repair), no questions asked. Sounds like the staff were all very friendly and helpful too. We’ll be back!
